One thing I love about your little trio of friends is the way they *sound* like their main, almost like how people look like the instrument they play. Risemonger *sounds* like such a pyro main just from the voice, and STS sounds like a soldier main, and you are the calm spy, which I think is very interesting to see. Also, as an Engi main, it's nice to see you sticking up for your Engi's when they're in danger! As much as Spies irritate me, you'll always be one that hold my respect. I love your vids, you truly are a gentleman.
Best way to survive is to know your matchups. Avoid Pyros when they are near others, but other than that it's quite easy to kill them by just shooting at them. Never approach demos and soldiers if your using the kunai or the big earner UNLESS your sure they are being distracted by the enemy team. Scouts are usually an easy matchup since there movement is very predictable (especially if they don't know your presence) but if your not confident just shoot them. Avoid sniper sight lines unless you are near them (mid or close range) or if you know they are really bad at aiming. Heavy, Medic, Engie, and Spy are all easy matchups as long as you know how to trickstab, as you are easily able to get up close to them (Heavy being slow, Med engie and spy usually counter spies with their melee). ALWAYS ONLY RESORT TO TRICKSTABBING IF THEY ARE AT HIGH HEALTH. Just shoot them if they are close to dying. If you are having trouble with mostly Pyros and Soldiers use the DR since it's a huge middle finger to those classes. EDIT: I highly suggest you use the invis watch to practice trickstabbing since it is much easier to get up close with the opponent. Equipping DR sacrifices your ability to flank, and so you'd barely have the opportunity to get near the opponent and get a backstab in the first place. Disguising as one of your teammates and feigning isn't that good of a flank tool now since you no longer regen cloak by picking up ammo boxes. Only use the DR if you properly know the map your playing on and learning different flank routes.

Mr.P, thanks to you, I've been able to be more spy-aware than ever. As a Medic Main, identifying spies is a crucial skill and while my skills as a Spy is very lack luster, I am able to deal with Spies better than ever (Though you spies are still the bane of my existence. The last thing I need when I'm nearing 100% Uber is a Backstab)
Glad to help! You'll often find that I stab an overhealed pocket of the medic and let my team kill the medic who is now defenseless... but sometimes ya gotta go for that paranoid medic :)

Personally had an amazing koth server and everyone there was amazing. Except that one person on Blu who kept spamming Lenny faces and just was insulting one teammate cause he complained a bit.
It has occurred to me that the three watches available to the Spy match up with the three roles of the spy. The standard invisi-watch and its reskins fit well with the roll as a saboteur, patrolling the enemy's back line to destroy equipment and cut off reinforcements. The constant movement also deprives the engineers of easy access to ammo/metal to resupply. The Cloak and Dagger is an excellent tool for the assassin. In this role, the spy is expected to make sacrificial plays to eliminate valuable players, such as the medic, engineer, or an enemy's MVP. This can require extensive waiting for the opportunity to strike. And finally, the Dead Ringer plays into the psychological roll of the Spy. As you pointed out in your video regarding the Art of War, provoking a poorly-tempered opponent to anger is a good tactic. The Dead Ringer is an irritating tool to counter, and aggravates paranoia. The more players are trying to hunt you down with Pyros, the less players are focusing on the objective.
Slowly nearing the end of the series, this probably has to be one of my favorite "how a spy thinks" live commentary and You're playing with fellow friends, love to see it.

I have to admit I'm a little jealous of the teammates in this video, joining a game and getting two high-level spies that constantly carve up and distract the enemy team. Normally when I play TF2, I get four spies on my team who have a cumulative five hours of game time, who combine to score two points per round. C'est la vie.
It's what I always say, 2 spies is fine, 3 increases paranoia too fast for the spies to do anything, 4 is useless. When you're Mr. P, Paranoia is a weapon, when you're a generic pub spy, paranoia is a death sentence.

idk what the servers are like in the US, but in Australia, I cannot do what Mr.P did at 5:10, I would get checked instantly, everyone is always spy-checking on Sydney servers whether there's a spy or not and I hate it! :(

Inform your team... in 3 parts 1- say "spy" it is most important and should be first 2- say the class the spy was disguised as... saying that they were disguised as you or as the name of a teammate is to complicated and requires teammate to know what other players look like. 3- say the aprox location. Examples "spy as medic near spawn" "Spy as sniper behind payload" "Spy as scout near our heavy/medic!" Team is alerted, anyone able can react. If spy escapes keep their last location in mind but stat on objective, the spy will come to you.
I was playing spy on 2 fort. While disguised this guy jumped of the balcony above me and while he was falling I backstabbed him. I'm not good at spy so that was an amazing moment for me

yes, but being a spy with no disguise is also a problem when you are near their spawn.
I prefer the option where enemies cant see you thru solid walls
try it out for situations like running out of cloak since it would be better that they can't even track you to begin with(this bind saves lives). keep up the good work anyways!
I prefer to disguise as a friendly scout. It is a lower profile and might buy a split second of confusion if spotted
use what suits you then. i'm going to keep the undisguise bind since it's faster but ill try the friendly scout disguise
