I had the same problem with my Hyundai Verna 1.6 D. Check A/C outlet pipe for any blockage as in my case there was a knot tied to the outlet pipe
You are right. the outlet pipe was bent post service

I pity on all honda city 5th buyers. Bcoz I pity myself too. Heavy wind noise. Cabin insulation is Poorest ever.
