You really need to shoot the video thru a sound app like DecibleX due to the logarithmic scale of dB. For every 1dB rise, it is 10x more intense of a sound wave. For every 10dB increase, it’s twice as loud. Which makes it hard to get a sense of loudness on a video (shoot a .45 on video and replay it next to your ear…no prob, right? Though I would not recommend discharging a .45 next to your ear…videos don’t capture the intensity of the energy in a sound ‘wave’).

Is quiet mode useless after putting on the exhaust? Do you have stock headers on the car still?
No quiet mode still works great!

@@BowenzMotorsports I would have but had an unfortunate event with my Anderson composite fenders and had a credit with Lethal Performance from all of that mess. Thanks for responding. I’ll keep you in mind though on other parts.
I went with catless headers. I love Borla but im not brave enough to put an exhaust on my car lol.
Yes catless headers and the borla atak would be a bit excessive! lol
Although quiet mode does keep it muffled very much like stock quiet mode. But in track mode, you’d be heard from miles away! 🤣
Did you gain any hp over stock exhaust?
The car has not been dynoed again with the borla catback, but the car is definitely louder.
