🥰I got my 2020 GT500 9 months ago. Just started a page myself. I admire the work you guys do people think it's easy to just upload a video there's alot of backend work. Keep it up👍
Well done Jared. I had been looking at a competitor's res delete but noticed yours and liked the fact that it was 304 instead of 409 stainless. Just a small detail that I appreciate as much as it may bump the cost up slightly. In addition, I think it was you I ended up discussing the merits of the factory heatshield in this application (on 6G) and why it may be a good idea to retain it. Dude - you listened. Major kudos. So I've ordered one for my now 1,000 mile 2020 GT500 and look forward to having it in place. Thanks for making it available and thanks for doing it the right way.
Very well done guys. My '05 Acura RSX Type-S has the Greddy catback exhaust. I did a resonator delete and not only does it sound better, but I picked up a little HP and fuel economy. I think the proven theory in older vehicles was that the resonator helped with back pressure. I don't believe it's necessary on newer cars because the resonator does actually cause some restriction. Restriction = loss of flow and HP in my book.
I hope Ken has fun with it!!! It still bothers me that he couldn't/didn't get the twin turbo system with the cast stainless manifolds to market when the iron was hot. I wanted one and a dozen customers that wanted it bad also.
How do you gain power from a resonator delete when the resonator is a straight though pipe? These are the kind of gains you get when you delete the secondary cats without a tune in other supercharged cars.
Some volume normalization would go a long way in upcoming videos, found myself turning up/down many times throughout the vid. Ken's car is killer, nice work on the X-pipe, sounds great!
This was a joke of a comparison. First examples were done outside second examples were done inside. And to top it off you need to show them side by side each mode stock then modified. Not all modes stock then at the end of the video all modes modified. Feedback for next time.
Could I install this 3 inch resonator delete for 2020 Shelby GT500 onto my AWE Touring catback for my 2018 mustang GT if I removed the 3 inch H pipe that comes with my catback?
Sorry. It became very windy that day and we weren't able to film at the same location for the comparison. I'm sure as more cars install our X pipe you'll see more sound clips and videos on them.
@@Lethalcamp no ones complaining about the price especially with high end vehicles, there’s multiple benefits for high performance cars using titanium... only reason it’s a small market is because no one actually offers titanium exhaust for American cars, you have to go custom. It’s a no brainer good business idea if there’s zero competition. Your welcome.
Love the GT500 but sad they didn’t add the fender vents like the GT350 has and no FPC. Sure it’s a bad mobile and 2x the car the GT350 is, but they could have done better with the looks. Right now it looks like a dealer installed GT500 kit on a PP1 GT.
Doesn't void warranty. I did it to my 2018 Coyote with Active exhaust and the shop manager at my dealership loved it and said he is going to do his the same way.
Definitely not the biggest HP bang for the buck, but if you're going to mod the car further at some point you're going have to open up the exhaust some. From what little I've seen these cars respond well to mods. Tune, pulley, E85, resonator delete and run 140 mph traps.
True. A cross between an xpipe and an hpipe .Personally at my age I prefer the deep sound of the hpipe like I have on my 2019 Series GT fully loaded(overseas delivery) with the Stage 2R2650 Blower with the new tune and the new radiator for the intercooler. Also imported the killer chiller as seen on Coyote Car Guys channel. Just sounds so much like the 70’s V8’s
I keep seeing so many problems with these engines already. I just finished watching a video of one brand new with rod knock. Here we go again with the coyote tick and then some? It's already turned me off from buying a new Ford, especially after seeing how poorly their DCT transmissions performed in the Focus. These cars are pretty expensive for the potential downfalls they seem to have so shockingly quickly. And Ford doesn't really seem to care as they focus their collective minds and efforts to trying to shove bastardized EV versions of the Mustang down our throats now. Add to that a horrible stock price, and all the poor management I see at Ford thru the past several years and I doubt Ford stays in business past this decade at this pace. I'd say buyer beware but most of the people buying these cars can afford to lose the money if they end up with a lemon because lets face it, normal income people can't afford this car anyways...I'm now not gonna let go of my '03 Termi for anything newer even though I thought I was willing to do just that.
I figured as much. Plenty of research done here son and there are no other videos of engine failures. So if they are indeed at your fingertips, why not share for all to see? Lazy much yourself?
@@tobization not lazy, I just believe people should do their own research for themselves, if you don't want to, then don't expect someone else to...or you can choose to stay ignorant of what's going on, its your choice not mine.
I raced a lady at GLD in her Hemi SRT in my 2017 AWD Lincoln MKZ, that fat mopar or no car ran a 13.1 and got smoked by my old man Lincoln running 12.7, she tried 4 times to beat me.... Can you say H.e.m.i... God I love that commercial, too funny. MOPAR, move over people are racing. ;)
uuuuuuuuugh it's criminal how good these things sound even stock.
You can get one if you have $150k
Starts out at 80k start workinnnn
American Balls
I would be perfectly fine with the stock exhaust. The sound of it in track mode is louder than some modified muscle cars.
Literally it’s against the law how loud it is
I love how the exhaust note is completely obnoxious in any mode.

Hands down to such beautiful powerful real 'merican car, what a golden era to burn some petrol! Greetz from Germany
"Use proper safety gear"
Uses cutting wheel and burr motor overhead with safety squints... Lol
Do as we say, not as we do...

Agreed. Music is WAY LOUDER than when he talks.
Get it out of the shop for the sound comparison

Imagine a cam and long tune headers with this exact gt500🔥🔥🔥
is this velocity blue? If so that looks sick!
Safety glasses?
Just think if they compound boosted that gt500.turbos and that supercharger..
Great content as usual!
Could I install this 3 inch resonator delete for 2020 Shelby GT500 onto my AWE Touring catback for my 2018 mustang GT if I removed the 3 inch H pipe that comes with my catback?
I hope they make this exhaust available for the 5.0s!
Nicely done
Need to find a way to make the supercharger whine louder
Not on a mustang.
Freaking awesome 👍🏽👍🏽
Didn't that have an x pipe already and you put a different one on without resonators?
Yes. The factory X-section however is made of a heavy cast material with smaller piping. We opened it up, lightened it up and deleted the resonators.
Why would anyone ever run the quiet mode???
Lee Spector just to give their neighbors some early morning peace!!!
Cops, neighbours, kids, non car wife/girlfriend, non car parents, headaches, etc.
Why have any modes at all, it's a 750 horse gt500, another thing that you don't need.
Scotty N For rain, tracking, spirit driving, drag racing, cruising, street racing, ya know, shit people do that aren’t into 1 trick ponies.

Is there a lot of drone?
No drone.
Extra 7hp & 5 tq
Sounds about right. +7 is better than -7. I’ll take it!
Didn’t do an exhaust sound test in the same place as the first test. Didn’t do a side by side comparison. Waste

wow eargasm
The 2020 GT500 is probably the only car I would keep totally stock (if I owned one).. I lied add the GT350 to that list 🤣🤣🤣
What color is that gt500?
Velocity Blue i think
Thaaaat soooounddd 😍
The GT is a fuckin Beast!!!
Bad azz with the delete on it
I’m wondering why everyone makes titanium exhaust for Japanese and European cars but not for American... makes no sense.
People complaing about the pricing for stainless exhaust, the market for titanium would be pretty small.

What a truly abnoxious sound. Sounded so much better stock.
Dwayne Woodhouse can’t agree more, too loud with that x-pipe. All that popping and crackling would get old quick.
that why no one will remember this lame-o’s name 😂 “oBnOxIoUs SoUnD” “bEtTeR sToCk”
This is so loud stock to begin with and now it’s ear splitting.

Most likely because people keep redlining them during their break in period. My 5.0 is 50k miles and without an issue at the moment.
