Nile probably underestimated the cost of "The One". At some point he realized that the house is not going to sell, because the 5 people that can afford it are not interested, and he was way too in to back off. So he rebranded this whole thing as world changing PPV platform with crypto and a bunch of others buzz words in order to try to sell it to some companies or media that might have an interest in that.
