Bro made basic human interaction a horror movie 💀💀
Fr
Paying mandatory tip to a courier you've already paid is not a basic human interaction
Basically social anxiety
The McDonalds jingle used in this kind of horror setting was a genius touch.
🤝
I thought so too! As a little whistle. So good
@@OneJessticle The soundtrack after that whistle was all a reharmonization of the McDonald's jingle too. It's genius.
The whistle was so good I pulled my headphones off thinking it was someone in my house. The sound design for this skit was awesome, great foley
@@SquishypuffDave I was blown away by this more than I should've lol Loved that part.
Honestly, I know it was supposed to be funny, but this was just an amazing display of unnerving horror. Those final few shots were just uncanny enough to go from "sketch comedy" to something FAR more. 10/10 brilliant
I don’t get it, are people this antisocial in the US/Europe? Here in South America there’s just no option to leave it at the door, the delivery guy just hands us our food
@@SnrubSource lol
Yessss I was laughing but I also got soooo nervous watching this!
Same where i'm from in Northern Europe. They deliver the food and we go grab it from them at the door. No biggie@@SnrubSource
@@SnrubSource I think it's a covid thing, before covid people were normal and picked up deliveries at the door
Lmao I’m so glad I invested in a doorbell camera cause the worst feeling in the world is hearing them back out of your driveway, going outside, only to see them sitting in their car at the very end of your driveway, windows down, just watching you pick up the food 😭💀
Something about picking up food on the floor that feels so degrading lol
@@Adrian-op5nilmaooooo
@@Adrian-op5niThat's why you're supposed to have a chair for them to sit it on.
I deliver food all the time man I’m just finishing something I was doing or waiting for another order
@@neaderthalbillups2783and they still manage to put it right outside the door so the food gets knocked over when you open it.
Or they call you saying that they are outside but theyre still in their car.
Or they completely ignore the contact free delivery and knock either way
Much as the comedy team are amazing, whoever is directing/editing this needs as big a shout out. Not seen cinematography in sketch shows like this since Jordan Peel moved on, and what a difference it makes!
I love how all their sketches convey 2 polar opposite emotions at the same time. It rlly sells it.
Tyler Falbo has his own channel that I used to watch back in the day with similarly dark/twisted/ridiculous sketches, until he just kinda stopped. Then I found these guys with the targeted ads sketch and was delighted to see it's him directing! Truly some of the best sketch comedy out there today, great team!
The whole team is credited in the video description.
Is this a new Ari Aster short?
@@CUBKITSoh man thanks for reminding me. I used to watch his skits and I knew this was something.
This is so funny, as a delivery driver it always makes me laugh at how scared people are at meeting us at the door. I literally can hear the customer behind their door and see them looking at me through the eyehole, like just come out I wont bite haha.
Every time i delivery an order i'm just going to be thinking of the customers experience from this perspective lmao, thanks for the laugh!
We know you won't bite, but social anxiety is a b*tch.
I’ll bite. Definitely if they don’t tip.
😂😂😂😂😂
ppl are so antisocial and chronically online these days its honestly embarrassing. like grow up and just open the door omds
@@yourmother12403they aren't gunna make it if that is the worst fear for them. Succumbing to the little death
I’ve never been laughing my ass off and scared at the same time 😂

The Shining photo ending was amazing. This is the kind of video youtube had in mind when they created the favorites playlist
this channel is everything I've missed from the earlier years of sketch comedy on yt... but it's also so much more! 10/10 🔥
i didnt not expect to see you in these comments lmaoo
True, I wish more channels like this could easily thrive
I whole heartedly agree, the whole reason I loved YT in the 1st place

The fact that the set/location had the perfect window layout for needing three seperate hiding spaces is another aspect that this team deserves a hand for 🤝
I didn't quite understand the importance of the three separate hiding spaces
@@AdamSalehxI think he means they've designed the set so he has to move every time to hide from the guy because no one spot will hide him

I'm so happy there's people who still make comedy videos in this style. So much effort and perfect acting
This hit me so hard it hurt. And there is something special about the pure anxiety I feel-weirdly on behalf of the delivery persons-when I think that my doordash delivery and Amazon delivery person are going to collide at my front door. Like, I don't want them to feel awkward!? I should probably seek therapy.
Possibly lol
Omg I never even thought of that lol
Tell me cash app to send you moneyyyyyy
Never awkward lol. We just look at each other like "you too huh"

Holy crap, I was not expecting an insanely high quality horror short from you guys this morning. Excellent Hereditary vibes at the end as well. This is unbelievably great. And the mcdonalds theme integrated into the background music... *chefs kiss*

Not quite.
@@thundercockjackson Do you tell people with no legs to run faster?
@@thundercockjacksonyou’ve never had social anxiety so you’re lucky. It’s a pain having to deal with that shit
This is CRIMINALLY underrated. Also love the use of story telling with no words makes every other sound stick out. I could seriously watch a whole movie with this style of editing acting and directing.
The atmosphere, the tension, the build up, the jumpscare, the anxiety, the way the whole story is moving slowly to the main plot, the twist at the end is why I subscribed and just love these video's.
I was so utterly engrossed by this I couldn't take my eyes off of it - such high production value
Amazing. As a delivery driver myself, I can assure that it is in our terms of service to haunt you and then leave you with a candlelit dinner. Only provided we are well tipped, of course.
Also love the detail to the app on the phone, the way the car slowly turned the corner on the screen as the driver stalked his way around all of the windows.
Can the drivers also see where you are in relation to your phone? Like, can drivers see where I am on a map?? Lol
@@Horsed_BeefNo, all we see if the drop-off point on our phones. However, after a year of delivering, we’re able to smell the customer’s stomach acid through the walls.
@@Horsed_Beefno lol thats illegal for them to have ur location
@@josephliovanny6453 nope but if customer has trace code they can see driver location when its close by until delivery then code link goes offline and cant be tracked anymore
@@Horsed_Beef No, they can see a pin for where your house is.
OKAY BUT THE “I’m loving it” McDonalds whistle though?? So hilariously haunting! That’s literally everything 😂 mcdonalds should pay you guys for this 🔥
I was fully expecting the driver to say "Dude I can hear you playing Red Dead GTFO here" after "i'm not home" was texted
Take notes Christopher Nolan
You mean Ari Aster
This comment is garbage lol.. Get your directors right buddy
bro took the comment seriously
Oppenheimer was mid.
Nolan doesn't do horror, though.
HOW THE HELL DID YOU TURN A MUNDANE INTERACTION INTO A GOD DAMN HORROR MASTERPIECE
Through a deep understanding of social anxiety lol
@@vanquish421 100%
it's super good, it's good horror but when he caught the cactus I could not stop laughing
i always triple-check the leave at door because this is exactly how it feels. so well shot
I assure you, meet at door is not a mundane interaction
This channel just came up randomly for me and I gotta say this is an easy 10/10. the scene and setting are perfect, the lighting and music are on point and the actor is insanly amazing at nailing the expressions for the situations. AMAZING WORK
Love the chair automatically moving into place as Will sits lol
Okay, you guys are brilliant but we need to talk about the amazing work done by your production team. From the directing to the cinematography and editing, everything is on point. Whoever does the gaff work on your skits especially, it's always so perfectly motivated.
The whole team is credited in the video description.
They are professionals so it goes without saying. Top quality content.
Lol why do you not include "the production team" as part of "you guys"? "You guys are brilliant, the production work is amazing."
@@nathanwiles2719 Because the people who watch these videos only see the people on the screen and often don't think of everyone putting in work behind the camera. Why are you so offended by my comment lol I'm just trying to show appreciation for the content to everyone involved
Yeah. In case you were wondering this skit show is a production teams channel, the actors are who they found.. they're funny on their own but have a huge team.
Huge Hereditary vibes on this one. Obviously this is primarily a sketchy comedy channel but whoever’s behind this deserves serious props. Lotta creativity going into this stuff
yo I knew I wasn't tripping!
And The Shining at the end.
yess i was thinking that
Came here to comment the same thing! Happy someone else can confirm the hereditary vibes.
Directed by Ari Aster for sure.
i dunno who edits it but the continuous movement of the car even tho he's already arrived is so authetnic
this holds the same water as A24 movies where it starts off as a tension-filled thriller and turns into a supernatural horror accompanied by weird imagery.
Will nails the face expressions everytime 😂
Wasn’t expecting Hereditary ending
Thought the same thing
LMAO I lost it at the creepy version of the “I’m lovin it” jingle
The way the drivers hand puts out the candles as the phone goes past it 😂, amazing 👏

WOW. Not a single bit of dialogue but still one of the most well-written videos I've ever seen. Incredible job.
Started off as most typical hide and seek murdery horrors, then snuck in the midsommar vibe and the shining? Chefs Kiss
This was pretty sick they need more of these type of freaky scary videos.
Everyone involved in this channel is going to make it big. I just cannot believe how consistently funny, well-shot, well-acted, and well-mixed everything you put out is.
I mean… wow, just wow. Y’all’s ceiling for producing, directing, and acting is insane. The use of suspense to make a joke out of something is perfect.
This embodies my anxiety of meeting people at the door, very much, so.
This was horrifying in the best way even for being a comedy
I've never been laughing so hard whilst being terrified. Incredible work.
This is the best piece of entertainment I’ve seen in decades. If someone isn’t trying to get you guys to make a movie soon people are really sleeping on the job in Hollywood.
I definitely wasn't expecting the hereditary ending, genius.
Great Shining reference
Excuse me, how did i get done not once but TWICE with the jumpscare. This is insane quality. Y'all are ridiculous ❤
How is this so relatable! I hide even when I select “leave at door.”😂
As a stoner this is the truest sketch I've ever seen. The anxiety whenever you have to answer the door cause you feel like you are being judged is unreal
This has happened to me so many times that I became an Uber eats driver just to pickup my own orders and recoup some of the losses
This is absolutely amazing guys, you step up yourself with every skit < 3

@@AlmostFridayTV 🤙 what a guys guy
This was truly epic. It really was a horror movie and it was really well written! His grumbling stomach almost gave him away, the faint McDonald's whistle, taking a picture of the delivery at the end. All really good bits that play into the scenario.
That ending was terrifying. Cactus on the hand was too funny tho.
The most accurate depiction of when you accidentally select “meet at door”.
Production value of these videos never ceases to amaze me. Also this felt like a Meat Canyon live action cartoon lol
This is legit better than some scary short films out there
This has movie production quality. I love it.
Trailer seems like enough to start a kick-starter for a indie horror film production company
Better tension than most modern horror films
As an introvert I was laughing so hard at how relatable it was that I forgot to hit the like button. I have now liked, subscribed and shared it on FB.
Introvert doesn't mean socially anxious or poor social skills
How am I supposed to explain to people I know that the best horror movie I've seen in the past fifteen years is a comedy sketch?
I've seen this before but somehow this time I was legitimately scared while watching it.
The delivery guy looks just like a guy who works at my local post office. He's very nice and helpful.
This is seriously the greatest video on the internet. Can't express how accurate this shit is 😅 People with social anxiety get it.
I have never done door delivery ever, but this was a great horror comedy. Kept me on my toes the entire time watching. Well done!
The score for when the Uber driver is in his house with the candles is cool as hell.
Lmfaooo “I’m not home” 😂😂😂 been there
One of the best short horror films I've ever seen, also incredibly relatable as someone who shudders at the thought of having to answer the door, regardless of the reason

This is better than anything Hollywood has produced lately
Hats off to guy for brilliant act!
