as an alcoholic in recovery this scene really made me think of all of the people i have forgotten after adventures like this. im more then a year sober now and sometimes i walk trough my city and lock eyes with people and get some vague idea of knowing them. @@CurryNearMe he absolutely remembers, this is established by the tattoo, and implied by the scenes of Chet telling him to please let him forget. He is doing Chet a solid.
The implication is that he is reacting to Chet saying "good", meaning he realizes that Chet also remembers. This means that he realizes Chet chooses to be closed off and not "friends" in the same way Will wishes to be.
The reasons are up for interpretation and I think potentially have a lot to say about our relationship to alcohol and its place in our culture and why people go to bars in the first place .

We had many a blackout night like this in college reading poetry talking philosophy and having great times. This video brings me back- were we living a life that was destined to fade into oblivion? Looking back- it’s hard to tell where reality ended and drunkenness began. But I know it was real. Our friendship was real. Everything fades into memory eventually- but people live through those still here that remember them. RIP my friend- we’ll meet again, in this world or the next

This is so relatable, cuz when you go out at night and party and you're wasted, you suddenly try to be friends with everyone. All your differences are set aside and you feel like you could share everything and anything with the people around you. Your defenses are down, your inhibitions are gone, and everything feels absolutely great. The tragedy of it all is knowing that it's only temporary.

I'm so excited for your future boys! You all are extremely talented in acting and writing. There aren't many channels, let alone TV shows that can pull off the satirical storytelling you put casually on your YT channel. The filming, editing, acting, production, lighting, and writing are so good. Not just this one but basically all of your videos. The chemistry you boys have with one another is also incredible.
I haven't watched many sketch comedy series in recent years. I feel like there really haven't been too many channels with back-to-back bangers. The consistency always fluctuates. But watching your videos for a year now, you all hit the mark! Each time, I am laughing my ass off into space. Soo good! I'm excited for the next 7 videos to come along. Legends!
