I was unable to change the the item bar and milestone colors while selecting more colors, is this related to the license limitation?
Sounds like it. Please view all limitations on their website though
How did you setup your tables to be able to put in the milestones all in 1 column

The data is gathered from somewhere else, it's for reporting purposes. Ehat kind of logical links do you expect/wish for? Can you elaborate?
