If wanna change from date to time such as start 11:00pm 11:05pm can use gant chart template like this

You can choose hours/minutes/Seconds from Format>Visual>General.

Because you cannot display two different standards in any chart. Even in line chart, can you display numbers in thousands and millions at the same time? you have to choose one.
