Julie could update her information a bit, as I’ve heard her use the Garrick Club as an example, quite a lot. From Garrick Club article on Wikipedia “However, in May 2024 club members voted to acknowledge that existing rules had never explicitly excluded women as members and that there was no impediment to their election.” Which means that women can join.
With Elon getting involved in exposing the disgrace that is the grooming gang cover up I would imagine he’s on the side of all the vulnerable women out there and would want to fund you.
I absolutely agree with the guest and fully support her. However, there is an irony in feminists and Julie Blindle advocating women only spaces when over the years they have very vociferous in banning male only spaces. Can’t have it both ways….
Biological sex IS an important reason. And having to give any other reason shouldn't even be required - but if the question is asked, then "Because we want it" is a perfectly acceptable answer, because the reason already exists. Single sex spaces have always existed, for males and females, and gender ideology should not compromise that.
@@valbonney2575 What about the sex reason? Sex is just a characteristic like race, age, weight... You must not exclude anyone on such base. Maybe protection of female sex against a violence, harassment etc could be a reason. Then you would have to have a strong evidance such a danger is serious enough to discriminate men and violate men's human rights.
If you want female only spaces, create them: no-one's stopping you. Personally I'm more concerned about the plight and safety of the numerous victims of Rochdale and Rotherham, none of whom have been interviewed on this platform. Upper/upper middle class privileged women wailing about their day to day annoyances is an embarrassingly low priority in that context.
This whole video and court case is about Sall Grover creating a female only space and someone stopping her. Most people are capable of being concerned about more than one issue at a time.
"Why do you need female only spaces?... " Because we want them!" If a man were to state the corresponding demand, he would be castigated at best and destroyed at the worst. This whole confusion is more deeply rooted in the breakdown of the traditional sex rôles that held us together since time immemorial. The roosters have come home to chicken in this case.
Actually, everyone knows. A woman is an adult human female with XX chromosomes. It's just that some people are trying to pretend that isn't the case ... they know they are talking rubbish, they're simply pretending they believe their own nonsense.
😂 that's not male only spaces for safety/safeguarding. Name one woman who has entered a male only space, exposed herself and or assaulted a man....... name one!
Now there's a notion. Wait until some bright spark insists on admission. Actually, didn't they make a film called nuns on the run, where this was the case?
I agree with the sentiment of your statement. however, if one uses the term 'female' (in relation to spaces) the trans activists have no comeback. ie. you won't have to engage in some ridiculous semantics argument.
I agree with protecting women's rights, but I am disappointed with the misandrist tone of the discussion. You need to acknowledge that it is only some men, not all of them who are causing these problems, in order to get the support of most men.
Please pass an exam then wear a badge so we can tell the decent ones, that way women wouldn't have to assume that every man is a threat. If you think that is a ridiculous request, then imagine how stupid your comment sounds to any woman on a dark, empty street.
@@valkyraevixx5710 The fact is that most men aren't a threat to you. If you want support then you need to drop the misandry, otherwise you're stirring up resentment, rather than sympathy. And why would anyone be scared about a dark empty street, where there's no one around to hurt you? There's more of a risk in a busy area, near a mosque, where or those who frequent such a premises. You're pretty safe walking past a church at night, especially in the countryside.

How about Ms Rita Panahi? She might help, yet I have not seen her on the net lately? Cheers from Toronto! Good luck Ms Sal!
Yay Sal
Sorry , Sal, but 38years just IS old for a first pregnancy. In terms of the length of time that women can release eggs and reproduce successfully, it is in the medically geriatric age range. Don’t waste your time and energy fighting that non-battle after all of this is over! . All that said I love, and support financially ( when I can), your fight against Tickle the PickleMan in the high court of Australia 😊
There is no way a woman of 38 can be considered 'geriatric' in any respect, except by the kind of man who thinks that 16 is over the hill.
I just donated. Everyone should.
So this interview is from March 2024? I have been dying to see some more recent interviews and updates since the initial court case was lost.
Julie could update her information a bit, as I’ve heard her use the Garrick Club as an example, quite a lot.
From Garrick Club article on Wikipedia
“However, in May 2024 club members voted to acknowledge that existing rules had never explicitly excluded women as members and that there was no impediment to their election.”
Which means that women can join.
This video was recorded in March 2024, so prior to that vote.
Awful that Australian media is ignoring you. How dare they?
Their view is that if they don't report it it never happened.
Maybe she is making the point that men pretty much have free rein of most spaces anyway ?
👏👏👏👏👏
Basically any exclusive only spaces without an important reason just because 'i want to' is a discrimination. This is a definition of discrimination.
Its a need not a want in my mind.
@@valbonney2575 It's not ideology, it's science. Being trans is not a political thing, it's something you are born as.
Please don't interrupt the interviewee's flow so much, Julie.
To be honest, why call the App ‘Giggle’ ?!!
Why not? In this whole sorry tale, the name of the app really is the least important thing!
I worry about all of the above. It's all connected.
Yeah men are pissed that women won't allow themselves to be subjugated any more.
I think it's a need not a want.
I am quoting her directly from the video.
Not at all.
@dulcamarabuffo It is only your first line that is quoted. You them go on with your opinion.
I stated my opinion. It's a need not a want.
What is a woman? No one knows anymore. 😂😂😂
Actually, everyone knows. A woman is an adult human female with XX chromosomes. It's just that some people are trying to pretend that isn't the case ... they know they are talking rubbish, they're simply pretending they believe their own nonsense.
Yep but feminism has fought against male spaces. From scouts to golf clubs.
😂 that's not male only spaces for safety/safeguarding.
Name one woman who has entered a male only space, exposed herself and or assaulted a man....... name one!
Nunery ❤❤❤
Now there's a notion. Wait until some bright spark insists on admission. Actually, didn't they make a film called nuns on the run, where this was the case?
@@mrstandfast2212yeah but that was a comedy, this is a travesty.
Why say female only spaces? You lost the use of woman, you have lost.
I agree with the sentiment of your statement.
however, if one uses the term 'female' (in relation to spaces) the trans activists have no comeback. ie. you won't have to engage in some ridiculous semantics argument.
If women want female-only spaces then you should stop attacking men-only spaces. Until then, forget it.
Name 3 male only spaces under "threat" due to females "demanding " access.
@@valkyraevixx5710 Also note that men are far more likely to be the victims of crime than women. Men are also more likely to protect women than the other way round.
@alunjones3that is not what this is about. This is about men who demand acess to Female only spaces 860
So women-only-spaces, but no men-only-jobs?
Yup, men can have their spaces so can we.
We don't get paid to be in a changing room, spa, washroom etc. We're just trying to stay safe.
@hayleys-c3u I agree with what Sall says, but there needs to be a consistent message. They advocate for Giggle in this video whilst attacking the Garrick Club.
It is very sexist to have exclusive spaces just for women. As a good feminist that I am (even though I am socially conservative), an advocate for equality, we cannot have exclusive spaces just for women because that is gender discrimination.

vafe space stay home !😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
@@raymondmailloux9593 should we cover our hair and keep quiet too? 🤨
It's an online space, but perhaps troglodytes aren't familiar with technology...
What? Vafe?
Why should I stay at home to stay safe? Also, women get attacked in their own homes, sometimes by their partners. What's your advice to them? 🙄
