- In less than a year, our Design Team, led by RJ Bialkowski, transformed this Tuscan property into a beautiful Organic Desert Living dream home. In order to give the formerly outdated home a modern, Spanish revival vibe, we reconfigured the home's layout to create an open floor plan that perfectly suited our client's needs. To give the home a warm and Euro-like feel for the family of four, we chose timeless elements like light oak cabinets and marble that are seen in the kitchen and bathrooms.

So we just put in tile that almost looks exactly like yours. It’s gorgeous! Ours is Earthia (not 100% on name) from Arizona Tile in CA. Great option🤗😁☺️

Wow looks so great girls! I’m a designer living and working in rural France so I know how hard it is to reimagine really awfully designed outdated spaces. Contrary to popular opinion the French are stuck in a design time-warp. Their idea of modernising is to put in a gloss black IKEA kitchen and paint the walls lime green or orange! They’ve upgraded from white or green plastic garden tables & chairs to grey plastic and they think they’re right on trend! Plus no one wants to spend any money… honestly it’s pretty painful 😣

Very beautiful! What cabinetry is the kitchen or is it all custom? The new family living area is beautiful but now the new layout has the couches with back to the outdoors view. Although you don't specifically show the view from that space it seems to be a premium fantastic backyard and pool area. ty for your wonderful informative videos. What are the reasons for having the couch back to a view choice? Client preference?
