- In the charming neighborhood of Biltmore, Arizona, our Design team sought out to breathe new life into a previously dated home! Our Design team meticulously transformed the property, stripping it down to the studs and adding extra square footage, ultimately giving our clients a 3,700 Sqft intimate floor plan. The result is a home that exudes warmth and coziness, a perfect reflection of the client's taste and personality. What sets this renovation apart is the seamless blend of the client's personal pieces and our expertly curated furnishings and styling, making it truly one-of-a-kind!

All your homes are stunners but this one just resonated with me because it is so hard to make 3700 sq feet look cozy. I have a 2000 sq ft home in Litchfield Park and we have a minimalist aesthetic which some folks have said it looks like we live in a museum because of the negative space. This home has given me some ideas to "cozy" up my spaces. The little beam moment in the primary. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I loved this. As a homeowner with a new build 3900 sq ft ranch myself, I never feel a smidgen of longing for the big houses. I love how you packed so much function and personality into this space while still maintaining a timeless design. The kitchen was amazing! So lovely and nice use of pavers to give it an old world feel. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely. Wish you did more of these. There’s just something about ranch style homes I love. Candidly, I liked the pv vista build more, but this comes right after it. Thanks so much for sharing. Also, you look great! Loved your outfit.

I am loving the use of gray in all of the material choices. It’s done in such a modern way that feels TIMELESS! My favorite thing about your designs is how even though they are new builds/modern renos they hold so much character and those finishes will truly stand the test of time. This is one of my favorite homes yet!

Ohhhh… my goodness! This was SO SO good!! I think I’m totally obsessed with this house. There wasn’t a single thing I didn’t like. Obsessed, totally. The hutch in the bathroom, the chest of drawers in the bedroom, all of the art and that amazingly beautiful coffee table… I could go on with the details, because there were so many to love. 😍😍😍 Dreamy, beautiful house and incredible design. Oh my gosh! My house was built in 78 as well. I went from a 1400 sq ft to 2,000 and I love it, but that was 10 years ago. Now I want to change my style to Organic Desert design. It perfect.

It is a beautiful transformation and so glad the clients were able to keep their treasures. I am not convinced stone countertop in laundry room is very practical, nor the fluted marble in master ensuite shower. The great room was great.
