He was wearing a t-shirt, shorts & a pair of flip flop sandals. He had no food or water to survive. That was during this Lake Effect Snowstorm up by Buffalo that you were recording. Dec 23-25th in the same area you were at, the area got hit with another major snowstorm, but this time the temps dropped well below 0. Hope you found a new destination.

The parts of the Blizzard you were showing is important for the rest of the world to see. The Hampton Inn is 5 mins from my house in South Buffalo. We had 2 "once in a lifetime" storms about a month apart... that was it for me, I'm heading south.. plus the crazy tyranny from these crazy politicians!
Now do you see why so many people died in Buffalo during 1977 after a 3 day blizzard. They ended up with 100 inches of snow blown into 30 or 40 ft drifts. I would put that shovel to use each day while you are still able to get out.
