one thing i really liked about this game how nightwing actually feels like an acrobat with his abilities its something nightwing will do when fighting crime in gotham or bludhaven. Although i wish they improved the speed of the batcycle it feels like a generic vehicle from any open world game its a batcycle we should be able to do more with it
The thing with the court of owls, is not that they're really underrated. Moreso just very very new compared to some other characters already established in Batman's rogue gallery. There's also just the problem of actually doing them right, since they're such a massive and definitely world changing entity that it's really difficult to build a story up around them.
True. It’s something that has to be established pretty early on in a Batman story because they’re basically tied to everything in Gotham. I think introducing them in the Batman Part II could definitely work though… that Gotham definitely feels like it could be run by the court

I would love to see that in the RCU, Mafia 1 and 2 are fabulous but the 3rd installment is just repetitive as hell i had to drop it mid way the story is good but the gameplay to me was unbearable I couldn't play it for more than 8-9 hours
@samurai96420 the problem I heard with Mafia 3 is that the trophies for it are buggy af. But honestly, maybe the trophies themselves of the trilogy are not challenging for someone like Rob, I mean, they aren't really hard, but I just wanna see those games for the incredible vibe the game gives to someone while playing it

dont the knights kinda remind you of the teenage mutant ninja turtles? Batgirl is donny the smart tech guys, nightwing is the leo ans their both the leaders, robin and mikey are both the wild cards and the fastest, jason and raph are the muscles and the hot headed ones

I preordered this game like 2 month in advance and was super exited, only to play it for a couple hours and never touch it again
the end fight scene with talia was the worst boss fight in the whole game
I somehow got the 250 crimes done before halfway through the story and before I was level 20, probably because coop and doing 2 at once
Brother you should really plat Shadow of War. It has a good story, with Arkham-like combat. It’s a blast
I think a really big issue for this game was that it so heavily centered towards playing multiplayer, playing through it solo you're going to have not a hard time but a really annoying long time with some enemies, but then you'll smash through certain enemies, It sucked to play this game solo

As someone who completed the whole game and got platinum, great story up until the end in😂 my opinion, something different and I will never recommend doing heroic assault and the kelvin incident. I wanted to jump off a bridge after that, you could only beat the final level of kelvin with Nightwing because everybody else’s abilities did so much little damage compared to night wing. It was insane.

I played as red hood and the game was so fun, it was just a wacky shooter game, sorta like kill the justice league
Played through the entire Heroic Assault, and Kelvin Incident. Skipping it was the right call.

I think the decision to kill off Bruce in end might have come from Kevin Conroy's health decline that he died not a few months later from I think they decided to give us a farewell to Kevin moment here instead while the original plan was likely to have him saved by his team and then playable in a dlc. I like to believe this epic end for Kevin's Batman was intentional with studio being made aware of his likely death coming decided ti have Kevin's Batman go out in a proper fitting save the city and his friends blaze of glory

There are so many things that are really cool in thsi game but whenever I begin to like something in the game, it just gives me a reason to not like the game at the same time
I feel Gotham knights and SSKTJL have the opposite problems, GK has a decent story but mind numbing gameplay and SSKTJL has decent gameplay but braindead writing

I was going to platinum Gotham Knights but.... i finished the story and side missions some of the trophies and called it quits on it... boredom set in really bad, maybe I will go back at some point and try to finish the platinum - the premeditated crimes in one night trophy I thought was easy lol finished on my first try lol

Kudos to you. This is on my profile now because I made the mistake of letting my kid play it. Thankfully he didn't get too far in the story, but he did unlock the grindy 250 crime trophy, so if I ever reinstall it, I won't have to worry about that. But my goodness this game is boring outside of the somewhat interesting if slow-paced story. Only got up to Mr. Freeze so didn't really get to the good parts yet.
