Hello, I still use BB Z30 but unfortunatelly I forgot a password and after 10 wrong inserts the phone switched to factory set up. I through it is not a problem as I have backup. So I install in my PC bb link and bb blend going to restore the back up file *.bbb. But it looks that without activated BB ID it is not possible. If I try to insert it I receive a message that connection is not possible and I have to check my Wi-Fi or data connection although the web connection is working fine. Do you have please any idea how restore a Phone with BB os10 without BB link and without BB ID? Thank you for your help.
