They have three different properties two are like 80 acres each, expanding for the animals would be more work I guess, it's so music easier to make money from UA-cam and selling stuff on UA-cam. He cant breed due to Being related to all the females. Also Jerry is the new Top dog. Who in my opinion is the Male Alpaca that every female Alpaca tells their Stud "hes just a friend". Jerry looks cooler more stout etc. RJ is more like a skinny poodle 😂. RJ isnt living his best life not being able to breed with females.

I think RJ deserves to be raised on your farm, if you are worried because you don't want to breed him get him fixed. You can do what you want but I just think he deserves to be on your farm.
I think Indie and RJ would make a great couple. I know he’d be loved and have an amazing life at Imma Survivor and LHL. No matter where RJ goes we’ll always love him 💕

If you make the pond deep enough, you can plant water lilies, so beautiful with the blossoms floating in the water. I had several colors, they come in different sizes.

Highly suggest large pull-down screens for the garage doors. This will allow for air flow and keep bugs and critters out. I have a 2 1/2 stall garage that I refinish furniture in; I installed lifestyle screens you pull down when garage doors are open with sliding walk through doors. Best purchase ever. No regrets. The screens sit directly below the garage doors, just pull them down, metal frames good and sturdy. They would probably do promotional with you. Let me know if u want pics.

The pool/pond guy is going to be putting in a pond for Laura and Aaron at Garden Answer. I'm excited to see how it turns out!! He also helped with putting a pond in at Shaquille O'Neils' house. It was HUGE!!

I love just sitting out watching all my koi, goldfish, shubunkins, fantails and the 4 hybrid goldfish/koi that were born in the pond. My pond is 2600 gallons. It has a large skimmer and a large waterfall tub with many filter pads in them is all.

It's spelled "koi". Weird, I know but it's a Japanese word. I believe there's a record koi fish that was appraised at $50,000 back in the 70's. There's a name for each koi color but I don't know them. I think koi are interesting and long-lived.
One of the things I learned a really long time ago, is that when you have multiples of anything, it’s better to use things in 3s because it makes more of a statement. That lovely tree-I think you need to go back and get another one and plant them in a kind of a triangle.
You all do what is best for you! I was raised on a farm and sometimes you have to do what is best for the animals. You have to keep the mix correct on a farm and why it is important to mix the animals up. I say if another farm, such as Cog Hill, wants RJ, and that is what is best for RJ, then move him. Even Longhorn Lester might like some alpacas. LOL Also, all that work in the patio flower pots is looking wonderful! I see more cookouts on that outdoor kitchen in the future!

July 12, 2023 For the very hot days, a "mister" set up for your animals would cool them off, and probably use less water than a garden hose. It could be set up on a timer, motion activated and/or manual system. I just saw a brief blurb about some restaurant in Arizona (?) that has a mister system for its outdoor customers. Reportedly that system can reduce the temperature by 30°, for those who want to eat/drink outside. While your pond extension wouldn't be cheap, it would be attractive and offer some comfort on those very hot days.
Daniel, after watching Cog Hill Family Farm, when Jason pets Nugget (their Emu) he loves to sit and be rubbed and petted while sitting. He also loves water! He gets into a kiddy pool full of water and sits down to enjoy. He loves grapes also! This is just suggestions. I love little Charlie! I love your videos and all your family!!
The warehouse is coming along great and is going to be so nice when it's finished. As far as RJ is concerned, I trust that you will do what is best for him. They also spend time at both properties mostly everyday… Lester n Jamie have experience with them n He would b well looked after… Plus they can also carry on passing there fabulous bloodlines on together…

Charlie is lookin great! Glad he gets to go and roam around with the other animals. RJ leaving would suck but if he goes to another channel like Jessie went to Cog Hill Farms, that would be cool! That way we could still watch him and keep up with him!

For the very hot days, a "mister" set up for your animals would cool them off, and probably use less water than a garden hose. It could be set up on a timer, motion activated and/or manual system. I just saw a brief blurb about some restaurant in Arizona (?) that has a mister system for its outdoor customers. Reportedly that system can reduce the temperature by 30°, for those who want to eat/drink outside.
While your pond extension wouldn't be cheap, it would be attractive and offer some comfort on those very hot days.

Daniel, after watching Cog Hill Family Farm, when Jason pets Nugget (their Emu) he loves to sit and be rubbed and petted while sitting. He also loves water! He gets into a kiddy pool full of water and sits down to enjoy. He loves grapes also! This is just suggestions. I love little Charlie!

The warehouse is coming along great and is going to be so nice when it's finished. As far as RJ is concerned, I trust that you will do what is best for him.
