Really appreciate the fact that you are willing spend hours upon hours studying a specific artist/genre as requested by your viewers, and going through the tedious process of setting up an in-depth tutorial...for FREE. Honestly this is one of the most helpful channels out there and I'm looking forward to watching you grow. Thanks Will! 🙏
You're basically turning into one of my favorite findings in this quarantine. Maybe we could have a tutorial on Skee Mask or that Ilian Tape sound someday?
EDM Tips From Skee Mask, I think that "Via Sub Mids", "Trackheadz" or "Skreet Lvl Dub" might be my favorite ones. The way he uses rolling breaks and chill atmosphere is truly awesome. It isn't the most original sound, but the way he blend those things together is truly something. Andrea and Stenny debut LPs might be something to look after too!
You might wanna check out Julien Earle, too, and see if he has any of the artists you would like to see covered. This guy and Will make some of the best in-depth tutorials on UA-cam IMO, although I like Will's explaining a bit better as I feel like it's more beginner-friendly.
HnShn Yeah, I've been following him for a while and I even got some of his racks on BC. He's the only one that did a Skee Mask tutorial, but I really want to see these techniques branched out into a full song!

good tutorial thanks. im getting into melodic breaks lately and have been producing for a while but its good to see how others do it. I picked up a few tricks from you. cheers!
Amazing video! I just realised that the track in the beginning isn’t Bicep at all but rather your end product… wow hahaha I’ve actually spent almost 20 minutes before going through Bicep discography trying to find it 😂
I use both Ableton and REAPER to follow your tutorials. What a great eye opener that has been. We call it 2-for-1. Will's tutorials are the best if you follow along second by second. Thanks much for all your work.
It's 4am, I'm pretty much a complete beginner and I've spent about five hours on a 40 minute video, but it sounds great. Holy shit my mind has been blown multiple times over and I've learnt so much, I just need to process it and practice now. Thank you so much!!
Iv not long started out with production, its been coming along quite well. Then, Watched this video and learned loads of cool tips and tricks, some of these are going to help tremendously!! suscribed. Thanks!!
Great video yet again!! Thanks for all these videos they are really helping me out. Was wondering if you could do a video on the dnb style of liquicity pls? 👌👌👌
OMG I bloody love this tutorial! Sooooo much useful information and they way you break everything down just makes it seem much more doable for the beginner producer.... and your initial track sounds amazing! You are so flipping talented!! I am half way through your online course bundle and I'm absolutely loving it! Thank you so much!! xxxxxxx
You are amazing, I love you! Your teaching method along with your sense of humor plus the simply explaining complicated stuff is wonderful and keeping me watch and do the steps on my computer for 1 hour! thank you and please continue with creating these contents.
@@EDMTips Hey, I just released a song with the help of this tutorial, in case you want to listen to your student's work: ua-cam.com/video/zDd150FZll8/v-deo.html
I thought this was absolutely brilliant, 100% subscribing and will be having a good go at these techniques, amazing tutorial...and to say you were hangover lol thank you for this awesomeness, very talented indeed.
Now, I don't overly like breakbeat but that doesn't matter because the extra little tips and tricks I learnt watching this are invaluable, such as the chopping of vocals and using gates etc. These tips can now be applied to any genre I care to produce. This is an order do not stop making these tutorials!! ;-)
@@EDMTips I am and I am finding Live 10 a lot easier to use after following your videos. I am running the trial so will have to do some crowdfunding in 71 days to pay for the full version ha ha.

Superb demo again Will. The gate technique, the ozone imager and how to make a arpregiattor were really useful for me here. Not sure if you've done a camelphat tuturial, or anything that's disco-house. Cheers once again!
This was great! Would love to see you have a go at 'Maya Jane Coles' music: she sounds both old school and contemporary at the same time, very vibey, not quite sure how she achieves this. 🤔
@@EDMTips Well, I think you may have just asked my favourite question...haha. 'No Stick' has amazing drums and bass; 'Hurricane' has a lovely bass that nobody's figured out yet; 'Alive' (the remix she did for Sia) has some ravey, contemporary, sounds that are interesting; 'Parallel Words' which is super vibey, or even 'City Life' on that count; and there's also her Nocturnal Sunshine work such as 'Heroes' or 'Take Me There'! But they're just a few that I'm interested in; there's plenty more to choose from. If I had to choose it'd be 'Parallel Worlds'.
@@EDMTips Plump DJs. Stanton Warriors. I've always got my eye on the Punks label as they've been coming out with fire nonstop for awhile now. Excited for Beg by Left/Right and Aylen to be coming out soon.
