Something Anjunabeats next please! Some ideas for tracks: Above & Beyond - Naked Above & Beyond - On A Good Day (Ilan Bluestone Remix) Sunny Lax - Everything's A Lie Myon - Omen in the Rain I'm still loving the process of following along with this series!
Not sure how popular these will be but I’d love to see something older. Paul van Dyk, BT, Crystal Method, Fatboy Slim, Hardwire, Josh Wink, Orbital, Moby maybe? A lot more but you get the idea... something that we used to listen to 20+ years ago...
I'd second this, Orbital can really crank out some great tunes and still do. Remind and Impact, back to back on their live 1994 MTV session are a good starting point. Great early boiler room stuff. +1. :-)
Honestly this is one of the best house music tutorials I have ever seen you crushed it. This series is amazing keep it up. My requests would be Claptone and Sofi Tukker
HELL YEAH! Doing the 3rd tutorial of your channel, and still amazed by the amount of insider tips you manage to give in less than an hour of tutorial. After trying out Ableton a few times and giving up after long hours of tutorial, you finally managed to hook me up :) Keep going, please!!
@@EDMTips Thank you, I got a bit of a sticking point earlier this week and got a bit disheartened but renewed enthusiasm will ensue after this video :-)
Really baffled by the speed you're blazing through this. Learned quite a few nifty, new productions techniques, thanks! By the way: Purple Disco Machine is a duo from Germany, cause you were refering to them as "he". Wish you all the best and greetings from Germany :-)
Your tutorials are the most comprehensive and easily digestible out there. Thanks so much! I'd love you to cover the basics of how to get an actual good sound from synths and use envelopes etc for absolute noobs like me!
Loved it, Funkytown. I've selected my reference to have a go myself. Sparks - No 1 Song in Heaven. Time for some BOOoo BOOoo sounds. And of course, we don't need to create beats that a lone drummer can play. Have those open and closed hats playing together. 😃
Loved your Deep House (Rhythm of the night) tutorial. That’s my exact style of production and it helped loads. Please make more specific to that type of track! Legend 👊🏾
Hi, nice work with purple disco. My biggest wish for one of your next tutorials was electro swing like Parov Stelar - All night or similar. I know this was a special wish, but I think we can learn a lot from this music style. Thank you.
Love your content. I wanted to purchase your black Friday course, but It was out of my budget unfortunately. Anyway, keep up the great work buddy! Request: Can you create a similar tutorial for how to make music like KAZZEY? Thanks Will
AMEN BROTHER!!!! Another great video @EDMTips but remember to use the "Cabinet" plugin whenever using Ableton's Amp plugin for Guitars, the tone is much better than using Amp by itself. They are meant to be paired together.
your an absolute legend, i've picked up so much just from the youtube videos. i'd have to ask for a Jon Hopkins again or Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs style 😄😄 hope your safe and well boss man!!
Good vidz will, happened to stumble across the channel a week or so go... I thought my work flow was fairly quick but you work like usain bolt off the blocks... Lol... well done....

Hello and congratulations for the video, very good! For someone like me who has a 9.7 Beta installed by a friend in 2015, templates cannot be opened. How do I get Ableton 10 without breaking the bank? Thank you
How about covering Berlin School? It's at the big bang of all electronic music, and the technology has evolved so much. Tangerine Dream's Love On A Real Train, or some of RedShift's early works?
Hi man! I’m starting from zero, I’m not a musician (learning to DJ) and never studied music, although when a kid I was playing by hear few stuff. What suggestion would you give me to learn music theory and a track structure? Are there any tips on UA-cam? Thank you heaps!!!
Lots of tips on UA-cam on both subjects, to be honest. Perhaps not the best way to learn if you don't know what questions to ask but information is out there, for sure. Check out this video on arrangement, you'll find it useful I think: ua-cam.com/video/BmSKebGw4h0/v-deo.html Hope you enjoy! 🙂

Thanks for sharing so much great content. It's very helpful to watch your workflow and thought process. I'd love to see how you create a drum & bass track. Thanks!
I think it would have to be "Genesis" for the sound design and arrangement, it’s a legendary track and blew everyone away when it dropped... , but “We are You Friends” is an absolute banger, a little hard to do a “in the style of” video, unless your up for the challenge… 😊
Like these tutorials man! I love house from Ferreck Dawn (like In Arms), i think there is no video yet about that sort of Defected house music! Would be awesome! Thanks for sharing the knowledge!
