its funny that zomboss just gets lazy and goes "you know what im not fighting this mofo again" and just sends gargantuans to fight for him instead in the boss fight stages

I like how the Boss here is actually challenging unlike the original one.
I think there is one major difference between the Torch Kongfu zombie and the Torch Monk zombie. One is a sad dude with a sack, a headband and a lame torch, the other is a zombie monk spinning a torch at the blinding speed, while running(kinda) straight at your house.
I'm going to be honest, Gunpowder Devil's death animation is ridiculously underwhelming. Not because he doesn't do an animation based on the one that happens when a zombie is killed with fire or an explosion, not because his panicking upon realising he dropped all his bombs looks weird, not because he's not expressive enough, not because the animation isn't smooth, but because his head doesn't fall from the sky.
Fun fact: did you know that the imp is proficient in zombie judo, zombie karate, and zombie bare knuckle brawling? He also plays the melodica.
It's nice to see a thorough analysis on the zombies most players might not know much about. I love how well done this was with the editing and the information being cleanly displayed. Thank you for making such great quality content!
the radish plant and its immunity to qing kong zombie is based on a old chinese story where some people try to pull out a radish and cant
One thing you forgot to mention. If you use a plant food on an imp pear on both bosses, it take out one bar of health on it.

I like how unique detail in this game unlike normal one.especially qong zombie since he cant use his qong bc he lost a hand unlike the king from normal version once his hand is broken he still can use it.pretty cool feature if you ask me
I remember time when these two zombies was actual bosses in this world. And they both are pretty solid fights, with Blade Hero is really challenging.
it is worth mentioning that the drinking monk zombie deals damage overtime and not according to his animation
The flag that the flag barrer zombie uses is actually the war flag used by various chinese dynasties over the centuries! Also the swordsman zombie is based on the boxer and holy taiping rebellion soldiers! The Han Bronze Gargantuar is holding a club reminisent to the japanese tetsubo, but its kinda small for it size so maybe another club. The Blade Wielding Hero is I think based on a general in the period of the Three Kingdoms and lastly, the Gunpowder devil throws pirate impa because most gunpowder weapons used by chinese dynasties were used more during naval combat ( to disrupt or destroy enemy vessels )
The Chinese version is somewhat better than the other versions. The Chinese version has some unique plants that aren’t seen in any other version, they have the Brontosaurus in Jurassic Marsh, the Dino Stampede thing, etc.
i'd love to see more videos in this style detailing the other unique zombies (maybe the major worlds having their own vids, then all the chinese exclusives in the worlds both games have all in one extra video)
Before the 1.8 update, there were 30 levels with the Gunpowder devil boss fight being on day 16. Admiral Helmet weapon stands would spawn and Torch Monk Zombies could sometimes deflect projectiles.
I played through this before the difficulty got nerfed
