I woke up this morning around 4:00 and I was beginning to feel a little anxiety. I'll be 85 years old next month in May. I have been living with my youngest daughter and her family for the past 15 years. And I do have to mention that I do contribute financially to this family. I spend most of the time alone in the house. This morning I just woke up with some anxiety thinking of the hours ahead of me. So I started look it up videos on UA-cam and came across years. I decided to look into it and I'm so glad I did. You make me feel worthwhile and that I had something to look forward this morning. I have to add that suffering from arthritis it limits my ability to do things around the house. But today I'm going to try very hard to keep myself busy, and not feel so lonely. Thank you for your beautiful way of looking at life. 💕

To manage your money and achieve financial freedom. Start Investing, that’s the only true way to multiply your income and stay rich always. I spent my 30’s and 40’s lnvesting in stocks and real estate. That’s the best thing I did for myself. Recently discovered crypto now and life feels more easier .

Generally, achieving a productive lnvestment requires a higher knowledge. For this reason, it’s best advised to get a financial consultant who would guide you and be a solid support structure while investing. I operate with a licensed professional and it has been a promising experience with her, so far my lnvestments has always yielded excellent returns.

As to get more details on the wealth manager; (Anna Kristine Services) easily do quick internet research where I believe you can easily approach her from, do your research with her full names mentioned.

Wow! Surprised to stumble here on the same consultant which my colleagues at work always attest to her great skills and experience in financial planning. She operates with bigger investors but her services to average individuals is philanthropic. Good deeds they say, fly easily.

Truth be told! A lot of people are faced with the challenges of making a good choice when it comes to lnvesting considering the different options out there. UA-cam has been of much help but I don't feel it's enough because most people don't easily understand what they watch. Many learn fast when they have someone assisting them, in essence getting a financial consultant is definitely the best option and Anna Kristine is highly recommended

Hi Sandra...I just turned 70 in Nov. I have to say, I never really felt OLD until then. Now I feel So Old and Lonely! I made a bold move to New Mexico alone almost 5 years to get closer to Extended Family since Mt daughters had already spread out from Florida to Ten (and I was loving the South less n less)
Long story short, I feel Very Alone. My daughters are angry at me and IVE made fewer friends here than I thought I would (COVID didn't help!). Now I just feel 'lost' and alone....I do have a senior cat, and Im so thankful for her and You and Others like yoy on social media. God Bless You!😘😘💝

What you said today, makes so much sense. When we are younger, we are still so vulnerable to outside influences, and it's mainly driven by the media. We're told what we should wear, what kind of home we should strive for, how many cars we should have, how we should look, and the list goes on and on. As we get older, we begin to have more confidence, and we start valueing our own opinion. When we reach that age, it's truly a great place to be.

Nearing 70 years old I have discovered that you never reach the pinnacle of discoveriy and knowledge. We must continue to learn more about ourselves. Each moment we are changing. Each moment we will experience new challenges that will test our strength and we won't always have the answer, but that's okay. We humans are very resilient! I do wish our culture valued the wisdom of the older population, instead of putting them away in the shadows. I say.....let's rise up! Let's keep our voices heard! You’re so correct about the wisdom part. When I think of how ignorant I was back in my 20’s it makes me cringe! With each passing decade I’ve gained so much wisdom and freedom of not caring what other people think of me. Life experience has taught me enough is enough, to stop wishing my life away and repeating to myself this to shall pass is my mantra. Counting one’s blessings each and everyday is my salvation.

Thank you for your beautiful video. My dad never believed in aging so I was really lucky to have him for an example he passed away at 96 and he was a fireball all the way to the end. My mom and dad taught me that the beauty is from within people will see what you look like on the outside but what they really feel and see is your essence radiating outwards. True beauty is being able to love yourself love others and practice forgiveness. That will radiate out to others and they will see you as so beautiful. You really radiate a beautiful essence and thank you for sharing with people I am 72 years young I feel like I’m 36. My guy friend is 27 years younger than me and people don’t even comment or notice we get along so well I feel he’s truly my soulmate and Instead of sitting here worrying about my age I spend each moment living life to the fullest and enjoying each day because truly when it comes down to it all we really have is the moment. I heard a saying once and it said live your life being kind being loving loving yourself and like I said before forgiving our self and others along the way and the body will follow. ❤️💫😍🙏🤩💞🐣 thanks again you are truly beautiful inside and out.😍💫❤️

As young women we are programmed and encouraged to embrace our youth and good looks through the all too powerful media and that bleeds right into our culture. And, its fun to feel beautiful.. I surely did it and loved feeling beautiful when I went out somewhere. Physical beauty is power that serves for many decades.. But as evolving human beings, we move through time and make it into our later years in an aging body which is still worthy of our care and love for it. Being older bears gifts as we come into it with experience, hopefully wisdom and appreciation for all we have. All of us who have the time, the intelligence and the ability to tune into your channel probably have lots of good reasons to be grateful and appreciative. An important fact to know is whatever your thought is, your body doesn't know the difference if the thought isn't true. If you are feeling anxious about some small thing; your body only knows there is anxiety and is triggered to protect you in a way your thought really does not merit-then down the rabbit hole of woe we go. So remember, your thoughts are powerful tools in the ability to feel good or feel bad. Circumstances don't matter; state of being matters.

Social media is pretty cruel; the way they expect people not to age. They will take a pic of you at age 18 and compare it to one of you at age 68 and expect you to look the same. I mean c'mon. My fear of ageing does not step from social media because I totally understand that it is fake ... but my real fear stems from observing ladies in my family who believe(ed) in unhealthy sacrifice. They hold a strong conviction that the ideal mother weathers away while her kids blossom. They struggled with many health conditions, at least half of these were avoidable as they are related to the lifestyle, to self-care (or in this case the lack of it), and over-thinking.
I also have a video on my channel (it is in Arabic), explaining why I am not afraid of aging. Thank you so much for your beautiful pearls of wisdom.

Thank you, Sandra. I know you are correct. I was concerned about ageing badly so I exercised often and kept myself thin. My Doctor warned that I shouldn't over do it. Now my better leg has developed painful arthritis in the hip joint because I did over do it ! I have learned the hard way that there are only so many ballet plies a person can do. That is why there are few harpists because the human finger is only meant to bend so many times before it simply cannot anymore ! Oh...the foolish ego ! I think I'll have that ice cream after all ! LOL !

You are absolutely correct! Very high standards of "perfection" today and I would be miserable as a young woman now too. I never feared going old and with age comes strength and endurance to face any problem. When Jonathan told me, "I love everything about you, I love all of you" it touched my heart. All of me includes my sagging skin and wrinkles 😊 Wonderful topic today, as usual. Thank you for being you!

Sandra your message this morning has really touched my heart. As 67 year-old woman I relate so well to what you say about being young and not not knowing. If I had to make the same decisions that I did in my thirties now it may have been so different because all of that has learned. I do have the knowledge now, the confidence and the resilience that I did not have a then. And as for my looks I'm getting used to it. I may not have that smooth beautiful face but the sparkle in my eyes is still there and my smile can light up the world when I'm feeling happy. Aging is a privilege and I look forward to the next 25, 30 years. God willing of course. Have an awesome. You look beautiful Sandra as always.

I live by the beach and I see the young girls taking pictures of themselves in different posses and putting their pictures on social media, I think how sad that they think only of their appearance, and not all their wonderful qualities!! We can’t depend on others to fulfill that unfortunately. Good for you. I’ll be thinking about you and cheering you on in your journey back to happiness and well being.

Thank you, Sandra. I hope your young viewers can learn from you. Each day is a gift, and it is such a waste to spend your gift worrying about a future that may never come to pass. I am 83. Although I have always put my best self forward, I do not recall worrying about aging, in fact, my plan was always to live a long life. I live from the inside out. Inside, I am youthful, playful, and joyful, and That is what I project out. Yes, I've learned how to choose rightly for me, and life is good.
