      Serpa cam you do a electric blue crawfish in a dark water setup? I think it would look good with some smaller blue fish and a purple crawfish. I've always wanted to see someone make it but they use pink gravel and I don't like it not natural. They'll need to dig through . Before pls do your research on them they're like $40 each.

    The tip about tissue and superglue sounds really useful. I've used superglue for builds before as when dried I knew it was aquarium safe, but in my experience it doesn't bond stone together than well. The little bit of tissue should act as a binder that helps it form around the rock better. 👍

      With something like this I don't think you can..right? Filter feeders and other freshwater creatures that "clean" should do more than replacing water. Replacing water will disrupt the enclosed ecosystem greatly.

  • @DoorsToHideBehind156
    @DoorsToHideBehind156 Рік тому +4

    Awesome setup. I can see why other types of wood hold up better and don't get halfway water logged like the driftwood you used. It doesn't deter how beautiful it is though.

    incredible build with lots of insight and knowledge! would love to see a current video of how it is doing. maintenance of the pump will be a bit painful i am sure but yeah... i would also love if you'd get more into the details like how strong is the pump, what ppi do you use/recommend for subsurface filtering. i think i would have also used a bit of sphagnum moss in some places to help reatin moisture for mosses and other plants within the rocks. but yeah! absolutely inspiring and amazing video! thank you very much! :)

    This is definitely one of the best builds you've done, its so naturally beautiful! And those snails seem like they do a fantastic job in little aquatic setups like this!
