Team Ki..I want an important help. In kumite I used to make giyaku tsuki often. But the problem is the rear leg foot and that knee. I use rear leg foot fingers only to grab the floor. But it is really hard to go down as I want in a match. I want to sort this out. Please
Hallo Mc Stng, wenn die Hüfte abgedreht ist ist auch das hintere Bein leicht gebeugt. Erst wenn Du den Gyaku Zuki ausführst streckst du das hintere Bein durch.
