Rhythm is the key: you keep such a musical structure in your sequences (with cardio accelerations & rallentandi, strenght crescendi & diminuendi) that attention to our bodies keeps intense all the time. And most important: the balance between strengthening the core and stretching (kind of musical bridges among the main strengthening "melodies") keeps the body healthy.

Thank you so much for saying that…I really appreciate it. I think we get the most out of our workouts when we can really feel “in the moment” in our minds and bodies and not have to stare at our screens constantly. Occasionally I’ll get rude comments claiming that I “talk wayyy too much.” I then tell them to go over to another UA-cam channels where there’s ZERO talking (and zero instruction or cues on how to execute the exercises properly)! 🙈🤣🥰💖

I don't know how many times I've already done this workout with the video! Probably my tenth or eleventh time, and love it every time I try it from beginning to end! I sit all day long and have neck and hip issues so this was really helpful for my posture!

T S If you try several of my workouts you probably will notice that I never teach a “traditional” Pilates class! The same muscles are activated, the same concepts are mentioned BUT I like to challenge your body and brain with new movements. Variety is the spice of life! Thanks for your support. 😘

Tanya Moore Hello! I’m so happy you found me and you’ve been enjoying my workouts! The best thing to do is to listen to your body....regardless of your skill level and strength capacity, you should always “feel the burn” if you’re executing the exercises correctly...but if you feel like you are struggling to keep your form or you start gripping or tensing up in places where you shouldn’t (like your upper body) then you’ve gone too far. I’m constantly challenging my students because it’s important to find where your limit is...and the beautiful thing is, your limit always changes the stronger you get. Try new things and see how you do...it won’t hurt as long as you’re working consciously. Xoxo 😘
