Ryan, I started working construction at 13, and have worked now for more than 40 years in several different industries. The one thing I can say for certain is you're the type of boss most people dream of having, and being able to have fun on the job site makes a world of difference with crew morale! It’s crazy seeing how big Jade got. It’s also crazy how tired everyone looked by the end of the season. Hope everyone is having a restful off season.
You gotta realize that bugs is 65 now…. Ryan puts in a lot of hours plus he spends hours editing videos everyday. He went to that couples getaway for church and they talk about marriage and stuff. Maybe him and his wife need some time together.
I could be wrong, but Ryan said he’d quit YT in a second if it affected his home life. I can tell by the way his kids and wife dresses that they’re a very conservative, Christian family.

I have been watching Ryan's videos since his 3rd upload on UA-cam. I recently showed my girlfriend his videos she enjoys them as well but she also pointed something out to me that made me write this. We all enjoy seeing Junior on his channel he brings joy and laughter I can't imagine a season without him honestly. That being said I believe that there should be more attention to Juniors health. Time passes fast if you don't take care of your health it finds a way of catching up to you.

Been watching you for a while. I manage people as well and it is funny that you use sarcasm to make a point. It is the easy way which I use as well. I think you ask nothing more than is what is expected as an employer. Great stuff. I used to work concrete in California summers when I was out of college. Hard work, but you make it look easy. Thanks for the videos and memories for me from back in the day.
