- Join the crew as we rip out an old asphalt driveway and prep for poured concrete. It is a Monday which is not my favorite but we made good progress setting this big driveway up and it is ready for concrete. Enjoy

@@dworldurs Eric is a young guy with great work ethics. Learning the trade from a great mentor. Ryan would not give his phone number to people who want a smaller job done if he knew he was not capable.

As a younger guy making his way through the world of contracting, following the examples set by Ryan and Bugs have already paid me HUGE dividends. Very inspirational guys.

It is the true measure of a genuinely good bloke when he helps his employee be successful rather than keeping them trying to keep them pegged down thinking they are lucky to have a job.

Its not hard to find people with good work ethics. When the laborers are paid appropriately or at a more competitive rate, they are more inclined to return to work and work harder. When you pay some one pennies on the dollar you cant expect them to fly around for you unless they are desperate or retarted.

Federal Motor Carrier regulations require him to be hands-free. Going to be a huge ticket for Daryl and a gigantic fine for Ryan. In addition to a seat belt ticket.
Gonna be a sad day when Eric leaves to start his own firm he's a great character but all the best to him when he does, seems like a really good kid and unlucky about the tires but lucky at the same time as hes getting a taste of business and realising you need money in the bank at all times for emergencies like that!

I am not going to lie, I was disappointed during the start of the season to see that Marcel was back because of last seasons events. But man has he proved me wrong this season, very impressed with his improvements and commitments he has made so far in this season. 1 reason sooo many people have subscribed to this channel in such a short time is because of Ryan himself. I am a subscriber, and after a year of watching, I still know nothing about concrete besides what I've learned from this channel. Ryan always has his family involved with him. He is always teaching his kids about life and hard work. I mean Jeez, Ryan remembers the names of the cement truck drivers, and even the names of everybody at the "coffee shop", and he is friendly to everybody he meets, even when they aren't friendly towards him. That's why I became a fan. How could you Not support such a kind, family man? Keep it coming, Ryan. I love your videos. Plus, even tho he is sooo busy, he still takes the time to respond to fans "clears throat" [Hint, Hint] and answer all kinds of dumb questions like the ones I always ask
