- In the summer of 1973, writer Gerry Conway made the decision to kill off the girlfriend of Peter Parker, Gwen Stacy, because the editorial team felt that Gwen had become stale as a character and they wanted to instill an additional element of tragedy into Peter Parker's life. In the follow-up arcs, Conway introduced a new villain called the Jackal and let Gwen Stacy seemingly return from the dead. Yeah, it’s definitely a shame that I’ve stumbled upon their channel only in the last 2 years. Definitely one of, if not my favorite channel on UA-cam. I always see comments like, “The friends/ comic book friends that you wish you had” 😂- and I absolutely agree. Crazy that they haven’t hit a million subscribers yet

On a science backup here:
The clones would have to have undergone accelerated aging cycles to be adult age clones. This means they would have altered telemeres when compared to a normal person (non accelerated clone) so genetically there should be a difference.

I believe, that in some alternate timeline, there's a show called 'Spider-Man: Clone' on the CW, which is of course based on this and the rest of the saga. Good god..

yea i was also a little afraid i would be the only one in the crowd but hay it was a great show. i'm actually surprised how good the audio quality turned out i was a little worried that the camera might pick up my laughter.

It would have been a better story if they said the Gwenn that die was a clone, then spider-man would have to find the real Gwenn.

It was a small-ish space and they didn't really promote anybody, but we still had over a dozen people, which was fun.

Has anyone ever TRIED to have long spikes coming out of their shoes like Tarantula does? Wouldn't that be the worst thing possible to have when trying to walk or run, hindering your steps the same way diving flippers do?

At first just a couple. At the high point I believe it was 14. The number I was focused on though was 3, which was the number of self-identified fans of the show in the room. Knowing they were there and already liked us helped a lot :)
Would you guys ever consider doing this at other conventions, farther away? I know the convention in my city (Halcon) would love to have something like this happen. That's a long way to go of course, but do you have any intention of doing closer ones like Pax or Comic-Con?
If we were ever invited, or we did this for a living, I think we'd definitely do more shows. Maybe in the future!

+Joey Joseph erm....depends really, Kaine started off terribly in the 90's but, like a lot of 90's concepts, was expanded and improved upon in more recent times. I mean if you asked me I'd say Joseph but the general consensus is that he sucks, same with Kaine really, the only clone character to ever have any sort of positive recognition is Superboy.

spiderman is probably my favorite hero ever but the clone saga is just so bad that its enjoyable. ive said it on other comments but will you do ultimate spiderman and possibly and symbiote saga. i cant seem to find it if you already have.

Yeah I forgot the microwave until I was on my way out the door, and I noticed it had some smuges on it and realized it would be kinda uncool to give someone a dirty microwave. Also as Sal pointed out, no one would have wanted to carry it around the show after winning it.
Hold on! Gwen Stacy had just died. Shouldn't Spides still be in the first stage of grief called "denial"? Yet he accepted for himself immediately that he's responsible for Gwenyvere's death? Shenanigans!!!
I have One question from all of this mess:

It seems that comics never learned their lesson with cloning. Cloning is cancer in comics.
This is August 2019 l have been reading the second Clone story of Spider-Man. I can understand why so many people did not like the second clone story it did almost destroy Spider-Man for many people l was given three ominous of the second Spider-Man clone story for my birthday l am waiting for the last one l have told they killed Spider-Man baby. A daughter what a big mistake but l will buy the last book just to read it
