  • Go head to head with your conscious and unconscious biases in this talk about the boxes we put ourselves and others in. In her talk, Aisha Mossberg, will share glimpses of the lives of three people who transformed the way she looks at people around her. Her conclusion: We need to stop seeing people for who we think they are and start seeing them for who they really are. Aisha is the co-founder of Wedly and is well-known in the southern Sweden startup scene from the grassroots organisation Skåne Startups and is an experienced moderator too. Aisha believes that modern human species are transformed from the ability of storytelling and have been able to define what group they belong to and work toward common causes because of the stories that build our culture, and our perception of ourselves. She thinks that there is a need to change the way we see and understand the stories of the people around us. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx
