    Dear Aileen, I really love your vlogs so much! They give me comfort and inspire me ✨ you’re doing so well, being disciplined and also taking care of your body when it’s time to rest 🙏🏻 also as a girl with “thick” thighs, I appreciate you showing your beautiful self and not shying off, you’re my role model because you look so pretty, healthy and strong ✨ wish you all the best (I’m usually a silent watcher)

    Great video Aileen - really appreciate your transparency and honesty in these videos! Best of luck with the marathon training! As a pilates teacher, I am with you on the rehab side of things - working with special populations is what gives me most joy! I have been working with my mum who has had her first of two total hip replacements and so great to help her on her recovery journey - hoping to vlog about this soon! Can also relate to your injury story - I have issues with glute tendinopathy. I really recommend the theragun mini from therabody - you can buy different attachments to target different areas (like the ITB) it also has different settings and comes with an app where you can pick different target areas. As it's a mini it's also great for travelling and taking to the studio. It does all that I need it to! Hope this helps and look forward to more videos. Julie x

Working with special pops can be so rewarding and is one of the best parts of teaching Pilates. Nice to know we’re on the same page 🫶🏼 you definitely should vlog it soon!! and thank you so much ☺️

    Omg! you have inspired me to start my pilates teacher training and more! Please don't feel insecure I would love to have bigger thighs but god didn't make me that way and thats okay! lots of love girl keep going!

    I’m also a bit self conscious about my thighs. I’m a bit smaller, but my thighs are thicker proportionately. And my scoliosis pushes my belly out a bit more than I am comfortable with. In the end though, it’s my body, my house, and it does a lot for me with and without my conscious awareness and I am grateful for it.

    I agree, you do! ☝️ There are so few teachers promoting less is more (re: stuff). Tons of respect for how you care for your body/mind. And LOL - when I was able to run( my slow days were extra extra slow. I think we need t-shirts, “this is my easy pace day. This is on purpose”. Lol
