Just another Legend bro you have the same exact thoughts as me, i have thoughts like that and I just won Der so much but I'm scared to die because what if it isnt a dream?
Ive unintentionally been lucid dreaming since I was a kid. I always had really realistic nightmares. My grandma told me anytime I want to wake up from a nightmare, just hide in a corner, close your eyes & repeatedly say "God please wake me up". Worked like a charm as a kid and doing it throughout my entire childhood helped me become aware of when I'm dreaming.
One time i accidentally lucid dreamed and i completely wasted it. Some people hide in a corner, some have fun in their dream, i screech at the top of my lungs on my porch to wake up.
When I was younger I had a dream that I swam to England, talked to my friend who is from England, swam back home and then realized that I was dreaming while I was walking down my street. I told my mom that I was dreaming and she said I was crazy. She then told me to go to bed. That’s when I woke up. It sucked though because I was up an hour before I was supposed wake up and I was cranky for the rest of the morning. 7 year old me is weird.
Christian Minecraft Server Close your eyes tightly if you need to. Or exhale sharply. Once I was in a nightmare, it was a lucid nightmare but I immediately knew it was a nightmare as zombies aren’t real. I woke up before there was any zombies luckily.
Yaijah Abdulbaaqee yea i’m scared of how everyone’s talking about how your reflection looks creepy and if you think abt your worst fears they will show up
I just had a lucid dream last night and I want to do it again. Here’s what happened: It was a fall scene, but no leave were on the ground. The sun was setting, and there were no clouds in the sky except thin, pink ones. It was beautiful. I was outside automatically. It only took me a moment to realize I was dreaming. I didn’t do reality checks or anything though. I can’t really explain how or why I knew I was dreaming, it just happened. Anyway, I couldn’t fly, although I REALLY wanted to. But I COULD jump super high. Like, really high. I was jumping around my house (keep in mind we have some woods behind our house), and as I came more and more into the realization that I was dreaming, I jumped lower and lower, until I couldn’t go up high anymore. And then I woke up. It wasn’t scary at the time, but as I keep thinking about it, I keep having the feeling that someone (or something) was in our woods, watching me.
Kai like me? Don’t get weirded out. But I had that same exact dream. But I was that person watching you from a distance. I couldn’t move. Couldn’t talk. Or look away. I was just set on that person. You.
@@7Mushrooms7 Sleep paralysis is a natural part of the sleep cycle to prevent acting out one's dream. If you maintain awareness as you fall asleep (e.g. WILD), it will become apparent when you enter SP. It's nothing to fear. I more or less think it's a curious state between the two worlds.
how to do a reality check step one: jump if you jump and you go super high your lucid dreaming step two: Fall off a cliff if you're still alive you're lucid dreaming step three: like my comment that gives you a 50%
I've actually lucid dreamed many times before about flying without knowing what lucid dreaming was. it was so cool. I flew around mexico, in a clothes store, at a carnival, and in my backyard.
Fuck man, I had the some ones what is goingn going on xd I started flying from my house went to a corner to realize I’m in Brazil or Mexico flying through a clothing store and into the carnival!
Is it possible to accidentally lucid dream? Or lucid dream where you can control yourself but not you surroundings? Idk if not I've had some weird dreams.
I guess it can come down to some extremely precise and rare conditions as well as be something that can be triggered purposefully. See if you can find a pattern as to what causes them, it'l make it easier to avoid/improve the chances of a lucid dream, you'll be able to break certain triggering habits in your waking hours or strengthen them depending on what you wish to achieve. I had a brief lucid dream in which I got pissed off and puzzled by my blurry, blank white phone screen when I tried to check the time. As I began to question it and the realisation of what was happening started setting in, I woke up. It was so frustrating. I felt like I'd caught a glimpse of the end of the rainbow only to be shot to the other side of the world before I could really make heads or tails of what I was seeing.
Once I had a lucid dream that I was in auditorium full of ppl watching a show.. I went around and looked everybody in the face in awe at what my mind was capable of creating so vividly... I think its also kool that I encountered all of them at some point in life...
I had a lucid dream lastnight for the first time in years, it's amazing because I can remember saying to myself in my dream 'you are dreaming, you're lucid dreaming'. I wish I was able to do this more often.
I have been trying to for over a month and only got it once. That one time I woke up instantly because I was so exited. I would love for some tips on how to become lucid.😀
Bsgrjsbr Sqdbarj before you sleep say a mantra. like i will have a lucid dream for about 2 to 3 mins. meditation helps to improve lucid dream. i meditate twice a day. for about 20 mins. and always in your dreams be aware of everything. if you get too excited you will wake up. if you can focus on your dream or its unstable just say clarity. in your dreams. it will help. that's all i got. fam hope it helps any questions just ask fam.
I have been trying to lucid dream for around 2 weeks now, I had one dream (On the first day I tried) where I was semi-lucid (I was kind of conscious, but at the same time my mind wasn't fully aware), but since then nothing. I think my problem was that I had not started a dream journal (Until today), because I was too scared someone was going to take it and read it, but I fixed that by using an app on my phone instead. For the first week, I only attempted MILD, and WBTB when by chance I woke up in the night. The one time where it kind of worked (As stated previously) was when I used the WBTB method. Since then, I have been practicing the WILD technique (Where you use sleep paralysis to induce a lucid dream), but I keep having to swallow because of phlegm building up in my throat, which resets the WILD technique and stops me from inducing the lucid dream. I am hoping the dream journal will allow me to use the MILD technique instead of the WILD technique, but I really want to be able to induce a lucid dream on command using the WILD technique. I am not sure why I wrote all this lol, it lead to nowhere
I used to use Awoken but I found a better app (in my opinion anyway) that is called 'Lucid Dream' and has a logo with a blue circle background and a white silhouette of a person flying in it if you want to try it, but it has very similar features to Awoken.
John Ham try out the DayOne app. It is $3 but it has a perfect design and you can add tags like "Lucid" when you are lucid or "awesome" when you have a favorite dream. Check it out, that's what I use for my dream journal.
I did this today. Not only did I manage to distrup my sleep cycle and woke up tired but I also managed to see a strange creature in a white burka walk into my room in my dream. Thanks.
I tried that once, but it was like lag in Minecraft and it made my dream lag because my brain could not create new terrain fast enough! So I kept stopping and going when I would reach the edge of the world, (about a 1/4 mile away)😂 no joke so yeah. Lol
i kinda had something like this last night. in my dream i noticed how vivid everything was and how it felt like i was actually there in my dream setting and dreams never get that realistic feeling so i somewhat realized i was dreaming and looked around a bit at how cool and vivid everything looked but that was it
In a night when u was sleeping I could feel my body getting parapyzed. At that time i never knew what LUCID Dreaming was but i knew about sleep paralysis. so when i felt my body was unable to move my Brain imidently pressed the panic button to wake me up. I googled about what happend to me that night, and that's where i found out that it wasnt a sleep paralysis but an awareness that I was sleeping. I hope that i will some day become lucid in my dreaming to feeø that great feeling again :)
I watched this video last night before I went to bed and I had a short 10 minute Lucid dream last night which was hours irl and it was amazing! I got to meet my celebrity crush again but then we made out and I knew it was a dream so I wasn’t disappointed when I woke up!
When i was 12 yrs old i tried lucid dreaming and i didn't even knew that anything like lucid dreaming exists, i hadn't even heard the word lucid , but i thinked about let's take an advantage of your dreams and i succeded lucid dreaming and after a lot of years, i came to know that what i was trying, really exists!!!.
Thanks for sharing! Enjoyed it! I tried night before, nothing! But, last night it worked. I could only partly control things. I was aware of what was happening, it was all not a normal reality, I was injured, floating upside down, ppl from my past, who are no longer alive, were in my dream. I woke up and sat straight up! Like shot outta bed like a rocket this morning!! Lol gonna have to keep perfecting this technique.
Hi Guy, this is the best video i ever seen about the topic of lucid dreaming. I started the training two months ago and had several wonderful lucid dreams. You know how to explain the topic. Thumbs up! Greet Avatar
I've never lucid dreamt yet, but I've learned (sort of) how to control the subject of my dreams. Like a couple times, I would be like "I want to dream about the game ______" so I would think about that game until I fall asleep and if it worked my dream would be about that game. Perhaps my character doing who knows what in that game.
I have had problems with it too. I have some tips to help you (If you still haven't been able to lucid dream). Associate a reality check with common objects. Do a reality check every time you see those objects (For example, if you choose a door as an object, do a reality check every time you see a door). After a while, you will begin to perform reality checks naturally when seeing those objects, and this will happen in the dream too. Furthermore, make sure you concentrate on your reality checks, and do multiple ones every time you think about doing it. Really question if you are dreaming or not. One last thing, don't skip on the dream journal (Like I did). It is very VERY helpful.
I once had a lucid nightmare. I was getting chased by a goblin on the rooftops of Gotham City(I was like 6) and I woke up terribly. I went back to sleep and managed to turn him into a monster truck (again I was 6).
I just found out abt lucid dreaming today. I’m rlly excited to try. I understand it might not happen tonight as I haven’t kept a dream journal. But I’m hoping I might be able to experience it even for a little while tonight. This video is rlly helpful. Thanks!
I have had dozens and dozens of lucid dreams in my life. I have always had very good dream recollection. Most nights I will have 2,3,4,5 different dreams in one night. I find I have a lot or recurring themes in my lucid dreams that is the original tip that I am dreaming; such as very very large rooms, rooms with multiples of many things such as a bathroom with 4 showers and several toilets, lots of people around me that I know of (usually random people from high school or just people I barely know) that shouldn't be there. Or, usually something will be "off". For example everything will seem normal but then I realize the floor is made of trampoline. I sometimes struggle tho to talk in my lucid dreams. I am a pretty quiet person and generally don't talk unless I have to. I think that may have something to do with it. Normally I just go exploring as soon as I realize I am lucid dreaming. And, try to experience things that would be impossible. Jumping out of the water high into the air and diving back in over and over (like a dolphin), flying, picking up impossibly heavy things and throwing them, breathing underwater and swimming impossibly fast (always in a massive underwater temple). I have even teleported to the surface of the moon on a few occasions. I could even bring other people with me if I place my hand on them and then teleport. And so many more. There are still so many things I want to explore. :)
COOLMCDEN 219 yeah same. I’m not sure if it’s possible to lucid dream without going through the paralysis phase. I havent tried lucid dreaming yet because of that
dont worry about sleep paralysis, they can be very scary at first time but they are harmless. i have sometimes even without trying to lucid dream, and i can garantee, if you keep you eyes closed and stay calm, it can be a pretty curious experience. to wake up from a sleep paralysis, just try to move your fingers, it aways works.
I occasionally have what I call semi-lucid dreams. In them, I know I'm dreaming on and off. I recently had one where I needed to get to a club meeting, I realized I was dreaming, and made a car appear and started driving, which was amazing 'cuz I'm under 16. Then I forgot I was dreaming. I arrived at the club and the lights when dark, then I heard a voice that said "Let's play a little game." That tipped me off that I was dreaming, so I woke myself up and I was in a hotel bed. Problem is, I wasn't really in a hotel. I was still dreaming. I proceeded to forget I was dreaming and you get the idea.
As a kid probably around six or seven, I remember reaccurring times that I could say I'm dreaming and move about, it got to the point I could say things I wanted to people, perfrom backflips and go to different rooms and places than the dream usually would of took me. But now I'm older and have lost this ability, I'm just trying to get that back, imagination truly is magic.
I have had lucid dreams before I knew what they where. Since I have been learning about lucid dreaming and actively trying to have them (4 days) I have had 1 lucid dream and as recommended by yourself and Chris Hammond I started slow, knew I was dreaming and was in control
Are you ever dreaming and something scary happens and you try to scream but you can’t and you just start choking but you keep trying to scream but it’s not working?
So that’s how I got control of my dreams once, I was just dreaming once and I asked myself, “is this a dream” and after that I could do what ever I want, so it didn’t really feel like a dream anymore
I actually maintained a dream journal till I was 15. I dreamed of many wierd thi gs like falling into a black hole...to fighting a war. But its a real thing if you practice dream journaling you will achieve an heig state of self awareness. Many of time you may experience a deja-vu moment i.e. you may feel that any incident you are currently undergoing has occurred previously in the distant past. Human mind is seriously amazing as well as mysterious and wierd.
My husband and his two brothers have nightmares, often. When they do dream they wake up thinking it wasn't a dream because they're so vivid. My son and his two cousins have inherited this horrible sleep state. Is this something you have heard of? Their childhood and adult lives haven't had any trauma except the constant nightmares and inability to recognize a dream from reality when they do dream. I'm wondering if becoming lucid in their nightmares could help.
One day, I saw my hands blurry in a reality check. I was very happy that I am finally Lucid dreaming. I jumped out of the window to fly over Australia. It was a bit too late to know that I just needed to start wearing glasses.
Thanks for the advice! I've had two situations of lucid dreaming... well, more like one and a half. The first time was just by chance. All of a sudden I was just aware. Nothing tipped me off, but once I hit that point of awareness in the dream, my dream self just said "oh my god. I'm dreaming." And then suddenly it felt like someone had hit pause on a movie or something. All the sound of my dream died and the people in it froze in place. And I was frantically hollering to them "We're in a dream! We're in a dream!", but of course all that excitement woke me up! :) The second time was when I was attempting the WILD technique. I was listening to a guided meditation for lucid dreaming and the guy did this awesome warpy effect with his voice that really shot me headfirst into the meditative state that I needed. It lasted for a bit, but then all of a sudden I just felt my body fall asleep, but I was still perfectly awake. Bingo, at least sleep paralysis is a decent step! But the trippy thing was, even though my vision was still black and I hadn't manifested a "dream world", the darkness didn't feel like just looking at the back of my eyelids. It felt expansive, like I was instead standing in a dark room where I knew there was a lot of space, I just couldn't see it. So cool, so cool, so cool! The steps have been slow, baby steps, but I'm hoping with more practice my ability to become lucid will be even better!
I've had a lucid dream before. I couldn't control anything but I knew I was dreaming. I went around town telling all my friends and family that I was dreaming but no one believed me.
when i was younger i could ALWAYS control my dreams, i knew i was in dreams and i would literally say to myself, just wiggle your toes. and then i would wake up. but now i barely remember my dreams, a dream that i would love is to fly ✨
I can say 100% the dream journal definitely helps for sure!!! I used to do this in MIDDLE SCHOOL and I dreamt about my crush very often. I want to try it again now :)
I used to lucid dream every night but I lost that ability after I died for the first time in my dreams... I'm hoping I can learn to lucid dream again with the help of this video and visit my dream world friends again.
Be careful of sleep paralysis! 😅

I've Had Many Lucid Dreams,BUT THANK GOD I NEVER HAD SLEEP PARALYSIS
Dawg don’t jinx yourself xD
Dang, how you do it, man?!
the only lucid dreams i've had is where i know i'm dreaming but i can't move or wake up and i freak out until i eventually wake up. it's so scary, like i'm stuck in the dream
sleep paralysis
maybe life is a lucid dream that we can't wake up from?
Just another Legend bro you have the same exact thoughts as me, i have thoughts like that and I just won Der so much but I'm scared to die because what if it isnt a dream?
Just another Legend No. Because when you lucid dream you choose what will happen. Anything is possible when you lucid dream, it isn't in real life.
dun un
No, shit hurts too much. Anxiety and stuff. Can't form stuff. Nope
Just another Legend wow I thought that tho
go up. the comments aren't worth it
Yeah, they're really not
this comment was worth it tho
I had a dream about having a lucid dream, but it wasn't a lucid dream :0
wait i am not the only one?
Wat
Am i dreaming?

same. I'm not trying to get stuck in there or something scary happen ahhh
I hope you all know, if you need to wake up, just close and open your eyes a few times, you'll wake up.
Here’s what happened:
It was a fall scene, but no leave were on the ground.
NEVER think about anything scary during a lucid dream because the scary thing you think of might actually come alive in ur dream
@@oceanwater1246 *thinking back* Oops.
Kai like me? Don’t get weirded out. But I had that same exact dream. But I was that person watching you from a distance. I couldn’t move. Couldn’t talk. Or look away. I was just set on that person. You.
I randomly started lucid dream I dreamed about being in school so I woke up.

Ezzel Official it depends on you
Ezzel Official you will see yourself
tbh i want to lucid dream without risk of sleep paralysis
Sleep paralysis is something that happens to you every single time you go to sleep, so that's impossible.
I enjoy sleep paralysis it let's me face my fears when I feel awake but my body isn't
@@naant3262 It's not a horrifying experience for everyone who has it
Can someone explane me the relation between lucid dreams and sleep paralysis?
@@7Mushrooms7 Sleep paralysis is a natural part of the sleep cycle to prevent acting out one's dream. If you maintain awareness as you fall asleep (e.g. WILD), it will become apparent when you enter SP. It's nothing to fear. I more or less think it's a curious state between the two worlds.
Funny thing is, I woke up involuntarily and now im going back, wish me luck
Did it work?
Good luck soldier
how to do a reality check
step one: jump if you jump and you go super high your lucid dreaming

I've actually lucid dreamed many times before about flying without knowing what lucid dreaming was. it was so cool. I flew around mexico, in a clothes store, at a carnival, and in my backyard.
Cintya Cervantes just reading this, but me too!!! it felt so real like I could do it in real life
Cintya Cervantes Yeah same!😀
Fuck man, I had the some ones what is goingn going on xd I started flying from my house went to a corner to realize I’m in Brazil or Mexico flying through a clothing store and into the carnival!
Is it possible to accidentally lucid dream? Or lucid dream where you can control yourself but not you surroundings? Idk if not I've had some weird dreams.
Yeah I've done it before
I think when you can control yourself but not anything else is called a lucid nightmare. You know you're dreaming but aren't fully in control of it.
I once had a dream I was having a lucid dream.
Yes it is possible.
Once I had a lucid dream that I was in auditorium full of ppl watching a show.. I went around and looked everybody in the face in awe at what my mind was capable of creating so vividly... I think its also kool that I encountered all of them at some point in life...
I literally have the most stupids dreams. 😂😂😂

I had a lucid dream lastnight for the first time in years, it's amazing because I can remember saying to myself in my dream 'you are dreaming, you're lucid dreaming'. I wish I was able to do this more often.
I'm trying to dream lucid but it hasn't worked out so far for me...

Bsgrjsbr Sqdbarj before you sleep say a mantra. like i will have a lucid dream for about 2 to 3 mins. meditation helps to improve lucid dream. i meditate twice a day. for about 20 mins. and always in your dreams be aware of everything. if you get too excited you will wake up. if you can focus on your dream or its unstable just say clarity. in your dreams. it will help. that's all i got. fam hope it helps any questions just ask fam.

i try lucid dreaming last night and i kept singing the damn song
John Ham Are you using Awoken? That's the app I use.
I used to use Awoken but I found a better app (in my opinion anyway) that is called 'Lucid Dream' and has a logo with a blue circle background and a white silhouette of a person flying in it if you want to try it, but it has very similar features to Awoken.
John Ham I'll give it a try.
John Ham try out the DayOne app. It is $3 but it has a perfect design and you can add tags like "Lucid" when you are lucid or "awesome" when you have a favorite dream. Check it out, that's what I use for my dream journal.
I am happy with the apps i use at the moment, thanks for the suggestion though
HOLLYYYY FUCKINGGGG GODDDDDDD. I did WILD and in sleep paralysis I fucking saw a bear crushing my chest screaming WHAT ARE THOOOOOOSEEE

ok but the handwriting is so perfect

I've had a few crazy experiences with this. Probably one of the more popular topics on my channel. People are waking up to this! Great video!

Mr Pringle's you might as well transport yourself into the dragon ball world
I wanted to do all the techniques from dragon ball world and hope that I won't be yamcha during lucid.
When i was 12 yrs old i tried lucid dreaming and i didn't even knew that anything like lucid dreaming exists, i hadn't even heard the word lucid , but i thinked about let's take an advantage of your dreams
and i succeded lucid dreaming and after a lot of years, i came to know that what i was trying, really exists!!!.
I normally never dream anything, it's like the night is instantly over. What am I supposed to do?
same
Continue it on day time too😋😋😋😉😉😉
Hi Guy,
this is the best video i ever seen about the topic of lucid dreaming. I started the training two months ago and had several wonderful lucid dreams. You know how to explain the topic. Thumbs up!
Greet Avatar
Avatar Avatar Thank you. I'm glad you enjoyed the video. :)
I literally read a post on google and this video says everything word for word.
I've never lucid dreamt yet, but I've learned (sort of) how to control the subject of my dreams.
Like a couple times, I would be like "I want to dream about the game ______" so I would think about that game until I fall asleep and if it worked my dream would be about that game. Perhaps my character doing who knows what in that game.
i watch so many video on how to lucud dream, it beeen 2 month i cant do it. when I told my friend he did it the next day
theShadowGAMING I'm feel sorry for you. But I want to Thanx you because your comment saved my day.
Subhash Chander welcome and thank u for advice on lucid dreaming
John Ham thanks
John Ham it means you have a small dream recal and you only have nightmares I have it too
I once had a lucid nightmare. I was getting chased by a goblin on the rooftops of Gotham City(I was like 6) and I woke up terribly. I went back to sleep and managed to turn him into a monster truck (again I was 6).
Sans Dreemurr this is hilarious.
Sans Dreemurr tell. Me. DID YOU RUN YOU OVER??
feel like i'm going to automatically experience my first lucid dream just from doing all this research and watching all these videos in 1 night lol
Everyone dreams... exept me, i'v been awake for 48 hours, no sleep and been trying to sleep but cant!

Are you ever dreaming and something scary happens and you try to scream but you can’t and you just start choking but you keep trying to scream but it’s not working?
This happened to me when I was 5.
I have only experienced it a few times, it was amazing tho! I would like to work on it further
The second time was when I was attempting the WILD technique. The steps have been slow, baby steps, but I'm hoping with more practice my ability to become lucid will be even better!
every fuken time i go to sleep i just dont dream shit
oh I had a lucid dream before-
when i was young, I had a dream that I was Cinderella but the stepsisters were nice to me
so i knew it was a dream
Once,I had a dream I was running extremely fast, and I was so happy.i woke up and then just signed with sadness😔😔
I've had a lucid dream before. I couldn't control anything but I knew I was dreaming. I went around town telling all my friends and family that I was dreaming but no one believed me.
I followed the steps and I practiced lucid dreaming inside of my dreams, but I wasn’t controlling yet. Is this a good sign for lucid dreaming.
"check your hands, or look at a clock" *dreams in 3rd person* well.... shit.... XD
Most gamers usually have those kind of dreams
yeah, that makes sense, i feel like just thinking "am i in a dream?" could let me figure that out, ha
omg i thought it was just me
Lol me too :P
wtf how do you dream in 3rd person whaatatat
when i was younger i could ALWAYS control my dreams, i knew i was in dreams and i would literally say to myself, just wiggle your toes. and then i would wake up. but now i barely remember my dreams, a dream that i would love is to fly ✨
I can say 100% the dream journal definitely helps for sure!!! I used to do this in MIDDLE SCHOOL and I dreamt about my crush very often. I want to try it again now :)
I managed to do lucid dream when i was dying in a normal dream... And thoughted that it's just a dream..
And boom.. it really is.. LOL
I lucid dreamed one time and I knew is was dreaming, and I panicked... I was trying to wake myself up but my dream wouldn't let me.

It happens man, one of the common happenings.
Then what if it turns out that it wasn't a dream...
it's simple all I do is "wake up" i don't really know how to explain it
I used to lucid dream every night but I lost that ability after I died for the first time in my dreams... I'm hoping I can learn to lucid dream again with the help of this video and visit my dream world friends again.
Everytime I tried the techniques to Lucid Dreaming, I’ve had sleep paralysis, but I still find it all quite interesting and I love to learn about it
