[BBTAG] Countering Jubei/Ragna DP Setup as Yu/Ruby

The other night I was fighting a really high level Jubei/Ragna player by the name of I_Elyon_l. He kept doing this to me because it's borderline impossible to punish while standing up, is amazing as an anti-air, and gives him a solid combo on hit. I didn't know what to do about it, so I labbed it. This was the result.
