I am a 76 year old woman who weighs 260 pounds and has limited mobility due to double knee replacements. Your videos have been life. Saving for me. We installed a water well from Endless Pools in our basement and I follow your You Tube videos. They have been getting better and better. This one was one of the best yet. For someone who has to work very hard on dry land , I don’t have any problem keeping up with your most challenging exercises. It is such a wonderful feeling to be able to move and get my heart rate up without any pain. Please keep up your excellent work. Love all your videos.
This is fantastic. Now I need to figure out how to teach my water aerobics friends. We have no way to show this video while we’re in our community pool. I live in a 55+ community. The women that attend water aerobics would love this. Hmmm we all have iPads, etc. but it’s hard to see our screens when the sun is up. I’ll probably end up doing this with a friend or by myself. Absolutely love this workout!
I have had some people play the audio over the speaker and follow along. You can also put a large tv screen out by the pool if you have one. I do have printables of most of my workouts, with pictures (this one will be coming soon).
@@AquaFIIT screen doesn’t work either. We’ve about tried everything. I was just looking for the print out. I’ll check back. I’m thinking it’s the best option for us. Thanks for replying. I just love this work out but all of yours have been fantastic!
@@AquaFIIT I am going to try the speaker. We do our water aerobics using CD’s in a player that has a speaker. I hope this works. I can also teach what each movement is. The group of us are senior women residing in a 55+ community. I’ll give it a try and see how it all works. It’s an opportunity to learn. Thanks again. I’m still going to look into the printed version.
I purchased a small pop up pet shade from Amazon to make a tent for my iPad. And have a separate Bluetooth speaker. We usually have at least 10 over 55 ladies in our community pool. Once we get used to Stacey’s workout we know the routine. ❤. One or two of us stay by the iPad to lead the class.
These workouts have been a life changer. I used to do crossfit everyday and all of a sudden my energy level dropped and my muscles in constant pain. I gained a ton of weight and didn't know how to get the exercise in. One day I came across you and tried it in my pool. No pain! Please keep them coming and maybe do more for small places like a hot tub which I will need to move my workouts to in the colder weather! Thank you!
I love that you always offer options of how to do each exercise to either keep it less strenuous or to be more challenging. You are my go to girl for aqua fit!
I ❤ this workout. I have a group of about 12 women working out to your videos. I create playlists to make a 1 hour workout so I appreciate the longer ones. Your instructions and verbal cues are easy to understand which is important since we can’t see the moves on the small screen from the distance everyone is in the pool. Keep it up. We’ve been following you for 2 years now! Thanks again!
Thank you so much for sharing this workout with your friends. It makes me so happy to know that you are supporting each other. "Fitness in it together!"
Each workout depends on the effort you put in; whether you use equipment or not; and the length of workout. I typically find that I burn approx 300-400 calories in a half hour workout.
I would assume most men assign water aerobics or aerobics in general as just a woman thing. I just went to my first class in a while and I was happily surprised to see a man in there. He kept up better than me. Hopefully more men will be interested in this type of exercise.
Here is the playlist I use thru Epidemic Sound. Unable to use spotify in online workouts unfortunately. share.epidemicsound.com/oepgkb/?playlist=bt1l8qe8omem867eml1w5cbjjgpje4uj
Water shoes are recommended but not always necessary. I prefer them because it protects my feet from the pool bottom and also adds resistance to the lower body (which helps tone the muscles even more).

Thanks Stacy. I can’t wait to do this workout tonight with friends. We have been waiting for a new one!

You never disappoint, I love most all of your workouts!
Thank you. I greatly appreciate your feedback and am overjoyed you are happy. 😊
Have a friend wants to start some water workouts. Recently retired, this looks like a good one to get him started
I can’t wait until the pool warms up. Brrrrrr.
Thank you so much Stacy! Love your videos. Just out of curiosity, how much calories could each session burn? Thanks!

Why is it i dont see many men doing water aerobics? It ihas an amazing ability to alleviate aches and pains as you increase flexibility and strength

We need to encourage the men in our life to get into the water...it is good for them, too.
Good
Can you tell me how to find the music you use in your workouts? Do you have a spotify play list I can follow?

Hi. What brand of mic works best for pool instruction?
Are you looking to teach on deck?
