Thank you from Arizona. I use your videos on my tue and thur workout at the pool using my tablet. On mon,wed,Fri I do aqua fit with an instructor so I try and get st least 5 days water workout. I have lymphedema and lipedema in my Lower body and legs so water helps so much. You are a true blessing.

I love this work out. I am 81 years old and have been doing this work out with the noodle almost daily in the winter in a Florida pool, in the summer, in New York at the lake. I have tried other of your workouts, but I found this to be the more exertion needed with this one. Thank you

Wow what a terrific program!! I loved every minute. Thanks for the adaptations and the motivation to listen to my body! This workout challenged me physically, but most importantly it got me up and moving mid morning in my beautiful backyard pool. I lost my healthcare job due to CoVid mandates and forced retirement has been mentally disheartening, as I love people and now feel lost and isolated. Finding a good reason to leave my bed mid morning is an improvement! I’m ready to tackle mowing my lawn, watering my gardens and dead heading my flowers! A great workout will open you heart, body and soul! Thank you so much for this outstanding program! New sub❤️🧜♀️
Oh, thank you for taking the time to say that. I almost teared up reading it....it means alot to me. My goal is exactly that, to get people motivated to move. It can be so hard to get out of a bad routine or out of a negative headspace but I truly believe that a little bit of exercise really changes how you can feel. Hi Lauren! When teaching pool side, be sure to keep yourself safe by demonstrating the moves in low impact. I will show one or two full moves then take it down so that there is no jumping. Always wear supportive shoes, too!!! To teach the participants, I use a headset to not have to project. If you don't have a headset, be sure to use cues with your hands/arms/legs. Hi Stacy. Really like your videos, especially this one. I'm just getting back into swimming and wanted to incorporate the noodle (since it's inexpensive & widely available) so your workout looks awesome. One request - this video doesn't have the underwater shots as some of your others do, and I really miss that. The underwater shots are great for clarification of feet placement, etc. Otherwise, great video!

I like the thick noodle. Our pool has the thinner ones. Will this workout be effective with one thinner noodle or should you try to hold two noodles at one time?
You can certainly use the thin noodle for this workout and get a challenge. If you move your hands wider on the noodle and sink it lower, it will add intensity. Yes, you can use two at a time for most of these as well, just give your hands rest breaks often and work to a challenging level but don't overdo.

You can find a larger, more buoyant noodle online thru www.swimoutlet.com/collections/fiitwithstacy. They have a "square" noodle option as well. I find mine there and also at my local grocery store.
Hi! Glad to hear you are wearing water shoes but you definitely need ones that fit properly. Be sure to find a pair that ties or velcros closed. The better quality shoes usually have more support and cushion as well. My favorite brand is the Ryka shoes. I find they are long lasting and have never had them slip off my feet. Depth of water should be somewhere between the belly button and slightly below the shoulders. My water depth is about 3 1/2 feet with a slight dip down to 4 feet. I move in and out of the depths depending on different exercises.
