    I too restarted my weight loss (after gaining 70lbs) journey in January and ive lost 31.5lbs!

    Hey Lauren, woke up feeling very smug :) set my alarm and got up 40 minutes earlier this morning done a 30 minute UA-cam work out at home and when my girls got up and was having breakfast I had a shower got myself ready for the day ahead, girls dropped off at a school and I feel awake an ready for the day, usually I wake up last minute an then spent morning rushing around an come home drinking coffee feeling slouchy an urgh still tired and grumpy but this morning I feel awake and ready for the day ahead and I feel positive :) thanks Lauren if I can keep this up an do it every day I think it will have a great impact on me 😘

    Please do a video all about mindful eating, I often just make the excuse that I don't want to waste food so I eat it all lol. What if we arent hungry at a particular meal time, should we skip the meal? How do u fully pay attention and know where to stop? Pls make the video. I would love to hear what you say about it!! Thankyou as always!!!!!

    I lose 2 and half stone in weight once went on Cambridge weight plan for 2 months. Then over the past 2 years I put the weight back on. I just accepted myself. You always look lovely Lauren.

    Yaaaaas to seeing a video about mindful eating 😁😁😁
    I sooooooo agree with waking up early! On week days I wake up at 4.15am, I'm out of the house around 4.30am, walk with my dog for an hour and then off to work and later family time. I feel so energised after that walk, my mood is absolutely AMAZING!!! NO MORE EXCUSES!!! I'm in bed by 9.30pm to make up for waking up so early.

    I love these tips... especially number 4. It's so hard to get out of a "all or nothing" mentality. But once you train your mind, it's amazing to see that you can still maintain/lose weight eating all your fave foods!!! Don't restrict and you won't binge eat!

    Another tip for waking up early is to have your alarm clock far away from the bed. That way you have to get up to turn it off. It helps me a lot 😜

    Oh my god Lauren your videos brighten my day so much......that lil sound of music ditty at the end was priceless!!!! You made a point about exercise being good for sleep and how it’s not good to be tired at the end of the day from our lifestyles, eating junk and going to work......this is so true and it made realize why I am so tired!!!!!!!!! I have been doing some of the 6 tips.....the exercise tip is one I haven’t done yet but after watching this I am gonna give her a bloody good go!!! Thank you for being my lil ray of sunshine every week and helping my lunch hour go by so happily!!! Dxx😗😗🤪💋

    Great motivational video, Lauren!!! I just looove your videos, weight loss related especially because i've managed to lose 14 kg since january and i'm extremly happy about it! Now i have to maintain this weight and in my opinion it's much harder than lose it! You're doing a great job!! And you're soo real and explaining the things that are hapening in real life not instagram, because life's not perfect! The most important thing it's to keep going and not give up!!! Lots of love 😘😘😘

    Lauren, I just want to thank you for these videos, and every video you've made in the past 10 years. Our stories are similar, I went from 338 to 188 back to 258 in a span of 4 years. I've been dealing horribly with weight gain, and just been so depressed about it...until I rediscovered your videos! It's nice to know that someone else as inspirational as yourself is going through the same thing as I am :) Thank you girl! We got this 👌

    I do agree with mindful eating and taking time to enjoy your meal however I also from intensive research believe that the majority of overweight people do not process sugar and carbs effectively and have insulin resistance sooo we can’t eat those things as we will just store fat so however mindfully we eat a white bagel it’s still going to convert to sugar and we will
    Not lose weight

      I just thought I’d pass in the knowledge as it’s the only thing that works for me personally after weighing in at over 20st , currently in the 13’s and reducing that’s due to being mindful that my body can’t tolerate carbs or sugar .
      I havnt been 13 stone since I was 13 years old I have been obese the majority of my life ! I just wish I would of found out years ago 😩

    ****“I believe in energy.” Can you do a video on that? I’d love a new perspective. I asked you about spiritual practice, I vaguely remember your response. I’m always curious how others view the world.
    5. Hypnosis.
    ***i was going to ask how you know it works. . . It really helps you. I do that a lot too. I was listening to a video about the placebo effect and they said that you have to “do it” (whatever that is) every day for 4-6 weeks and you’ll see the result.
    #visualizations. Brain will believe it. Gotta believe!!
    6. Sleep. So important!!

I've gained and lost over the years... currently 28 and 275 lbs. Recently made the change to cutting animal products. What are your feelings about veganism and recovering from binge eating?     I totally agree about eating things I enjoy as opposed to highly restrictive "diet" foods. But sometimes it triggers overeating for me for the very reason that I do enjoy it. How do you suggest keeping portion control in check with foods one enjoys? And, what portions do you allow yourself? Are you still mainly low carb-ing it?

      Portions should correlate to hunger! Eating slowly and stopping when you are satisfied. I am not eating low carb :)

      you do great. you don't turn away from camera or cover your mouth with hands. You speak clearly and slowly enough and enunciate well enough without ramping it up which actually can make lip reading much harder. your music is low or not there. so please just keeping doing what you do is great. by showing you how 'mindfuleating' can be heard as 'mindfilleting' I hope it helps you understand how hearing impairment can be. it is like , in my case, i hear bits of the phrase or word but some bits 'drop out' of my hearing so can be muddled a bit. but honestly Darling, you do great. thank you for your concern. I am on a mission to educate. i have a video on my channel about 'how my hearing impairment affects my life'. If you have time , you may understand more from it xxx blessings wee darling! and thank you xx

      It is a Maybelline one, but it is so hard to get off! I had to use a shower louffa to get it off and none of my cleansers would do it!!!! x

      Erika, cravings aren't a bad thing! You should really look into intuitive eating! The Paul Mckenna "I can make you thin" app is amazing and teaches you how to feel satisfied x

    Hi beautiful girl, first of all, I've been up watching so many vlogs tonight and commented on NONE while thinking, no one leaves decent comments these days so you get the full load. Ha! Gross, Ok moving on #1...Lipstick name and brand, pa-lease! Second, love the NOPE shirt talking about positivity, lol.cheeky gal. Is saying NOPE to negativity negative or...?? Moving on. Third, first alarm, YES BITCH. I've never been one of those people to have a list of alarms every 5 minutes, I will 100% fall back and STAY back asleep. Fourth, obstacle = getting over surgery. Excuse = I could walk more though ... Fifth, lemon water gives me heartburn. Now thats an obstacle! Sixth = Move. Your. Body. - Can I say NOPE? ;) My gym misses me right now. Seventh - Mindful eating is realllllllllllly hard for me, but I know it works because you've proven that. Eighth - I F#@$ing love rice cakes, thanks. Ninth - I am 'visualizing' my next video that I need to get off my butt & make already. 'Tens Tens Tens across the board!' Do you watch Pose? Do you get Pose? FX? I hope? Google it. 11 - Love Island sounds ...odd! Ok 12 already!? Sleep - yes, Ive been sleeping a shit ton this week due to recouping. Feels good. Unlucky 13 ... Trisha Paytas has a Pateron too. Just saying. Ok no idea why I'm being so weird but, I'm just a huge Lauren fa...WTF your singing voice is so high!!!!!! So cute! Ok gnight :D

      This lipstick is awful! I had to use a brillo pad to get it off, it is Maybelline, but I definitely wouldn't recommend it for stress free removal! Definitely NOPE to negativity. How are you feeling after surgery? Haven't heard of Pose..? Love Island is amazing! I sped up my singing! HAHAH! I can't believe you bought Trisha Paytas into this comment!! EPIC!! Hope you are well beautiful! x

    This is going to sound like an ad or a spam message so I apologise in advance 😂 I stumbled across a blog called ‘eatlikeanormalperson.com’ and it has changed my outlook on food completely alongside the paul mckenna app. Have you ever thought about doing some sort of retreat (?) exercise, eating well (not diet!) and then lots of motivational speaking. I think you would have a market for it- i would go! 😂

    Going vegan is the best thing I have done physically and mentally since I know I am not causing unnecessary pain, torture and murder to other living beings. I feel free. I use to love warm lemon water in the morning but lemon water is horrible for your teeth enamel and cause my teeth to get even more sensitive than before. I wish it wasn’t.

      I haven't experience the tooth sensitivity! You should try cucumber water, it is a great energy booster too :)
