Don't aim for the head, aim for his pitching hand, grabbing it and bending it backward breaking his wrist. The only way a pitcher will learn a lesson is when he can't pitch for 3-4 months. If the coach told him to do it make sure after the game to crack a bat across his face sending him the the morgue.
