  • Diy Jaw Rock Crusher Build | Homemade Jaw Rock Crusher Using Drill Machine | Diy Rock Crusher
    Hello Everyone!
    Today I show you how to make a diy jaw rock crusher build. I used drill machine to power this homemade jaw rock crusher. I used scrap metals to make this homemade jaw crusher. I step down the drill machine speed to increase the torque for this diy jaw crusher. I used sprockets and chain to step down the drill machine speed for this diy jaw crusher. I also attached a flywheel to this homemade jaw rock crusher to maintain the constant rotation. This diy mini jaw crusher can be very easily portable from one place to another place very easily because this diy jaw crusher is very small in size. This homemade rock crusher machine easily crushes the rock into pieces. This diy rock grinder grinds the rock very fastly. The construction of this diy rock crusher is very simple and easy to make at home. This diy jaw crusher is very strong and rigid in construction. This homemade jaw rock crusher machine really works good. This homemade jaw crusher plans is very cost effective to make at home. This drill hack works well and good. I hope you guys will enjoy this making of diy homemade jaw rock crusher build.

    Very clever design and proof of concept! Frankly, I am amazed that a hand drill has sufficient power to crush brick.
    Congratulations on the completion of working prototype! 👍

    We thank the respected owner of this work. He is smart because his work benefits every person in the world. The powerful engines that are used in all the videos that we saw are not available in all parts of the world, such as the countryside and remote villages, and if they are available after traveling to buy them, they are very expensive. As an expert in this industrial field since My childhood, I bear witness that this video is the only successful one out of all the videos I have watched of making a mill for breaking stones. I thank him again for this work, with all the support and encouragement and greetings to him from the State of Tunisia.

      Имея токарный станок, почему-то вал сделал сварной (неразьемный), при этом сжег сальники на подшибниках... А шуроповерт быстро выйдет из строя, как и сама цепь. Потому, что пыль от кирпичей быстро будет везде, на всех деталях, и как образ в протрет всё....

    In my local this is called a country builb ,meaning you get an idea and then go out to your iron pile and see what you’ve got!!!!!

    I wouldn't hold much hope for that welded eccentric shaft. And yes, its spinning in the wrong direction

    • @koltoncrane3099
      @koltoncrane3099 Місяць тому +1

      Do you work in mining or construction? Do you not use an eccentric shaft?
      If he turned his heat up enough to get deep penetration and welded it enough I doubt the weld would wear out.
      I do suppose he could have beveled the one edge of the shaft prior to welding to the other shaft to get a much deeper weld though.
      I’ve built swivels from dozer rollers and just weld the hell out of the plate I put on the rollers to make a swivel. I guess I could bevel those to but I just turn the heat up to max welding one inch plate to rollers. After chaining or use it to narrow thousands of acres of rangeland I’ve not had a swivel break yet.

    Nice work. Now all you need to do is make a feed chute so you stack multiple bricks to feed the crusher while you walk away from it to get other things done

    Good job, it works on soft brick, I would like to see how it copes with hard brick or stone, even it if the start pieces have to be a lot smaller.

    You find it works better if it rotates clockwise from the driven end. The moving plate will force the bricks downwards towards the narrower gap rather than bounce them around.

      It also looks like it could do with being heavier, helping to maintain momentum, also the bearings in the drill are not designed to work with a side load, so your drill will have a very limited life, an electric motor from another machine would be a longer term solution, I liked the overall build and have steel channel like that, as well as some old lawnmower motors, I think it's time I got me a crusher😊.

      No not if you have a lot of bricks and need infill for concrete or as part of a path. As it was not demonstrated with stone we cannot say it couldn't process it, aside from the power plant it looks a useful lightweight machine.
