My wife is a great outdoor gal. Met her on a whitewater rafting trip. We have climbed ice cliffs, rock walls, paddled lakes and rivers and climbed mountains together . Great points. The day i met her i literally jumped out of my raft and swam to hers and my buddies knew what was up and beat me back with their paddles. Its been nearly 30 years of marriage, three kids, a small farm and soon when kids all launch we'll be travelling in a 4x4 ambo looking for fun. Rule is if it feels right GO!!!

That foggy lake was amazing. I love that kind of weather. And taking that canoe out for a short paddle on the mirror calm water would have been surreal. She seems like a real adventurer, and her dog is way huggable. Very nice video.

I always enjoy your videos and this was no exception, definitely cool to see you socialize on occasion!.. So I hope you won't be offended when I point out that the fishing rod and reel that you are using at 10:54 is a spinning reel setup and you're using it upside down, the reel goes below the rod, and in case this may be helpful, when casting you'll want to hold the rod (reel down) with your casting hand (usually dominant hand) grab the line just past the reel with your index finger and pull it to the rod, then flip the bail with your other hand and finally cast the rod while releasing the line from your finger. Hope this helps and good luck with any future fishing adventures!
