- Hey guys in this video I go over the biggest opportunity in the cleaning space which is STR/Airbnb Cleaning. The need for qualified cleaners is very high and the supply of qualified cleaners is low. This is an opportunity to grow your cleaning company by adding this service arm to your business. Or, if you are interested in starting a cleaning business the opportunity to focus on STR/Airbnb is lucrative. I give a step by step on how to think about this and capitalize on this fast!
If you are interested in building out your STR/AIRBNB arm of your cleaning business and would like to discuss how we can implement our system in your business use this link to speak with us: www.cleargrowth.io/call
We have a free community for cleaning business owners to connect. Join it and network with like minded individuals.

How do you deal with customers who use Airbnb scheduling apps? They never integrate to the cleaning apps
@@school5730 it depends on which app you’re using.
@@yuievwhat do you recommend? I haven’t seen any of the big ones integrate: zenmaid or housecallpro. Or do you not recommend those for STRs?
Do you have to pay time & a half if one of your cleaners does more than 40 hours if they are subcontractors
I’ll make a video on this. W2(Employees) and W9(subcontractors) are two different things. For a subcontractor you ideally will pay them a fee for the job or whatever billing arrangement you agree on. For employees you pay them hourly or salary whatever you decide. If your employee does work over 40 hours technically you’re supposed to pay them time and a half.
