That is just not right when a customer leaves dirty dishes. Or does not follow check out requests. Its not that hard. Do people not realize that the owner can leave review of the customer?
Right...Not sure the host will take a chance reporting this customer in risk of retaliation. A cleaner should get more pay for cleaning dishes & over which take more time and supply.
Some hosts will have checkout instructions. But just like a hotel they aren’t required to clean as that’s what the cleaning fee is for. Now if it’s a excessive cleaning, we do charge more.

A great vacuum with attachments, a pumice stick to get it off couches and some water in a spray bottle. But it’s hard getting dog hair, I just do my best with vacuum, broom and pumice stick
Is this a deep clean? There’s no way the last 4 Airbnb’s did this. I found loose medication pills under the bed, dust everywhere and the last one had white dirty linen with lipstick and cheetos markings. So where does the $300 cleaning fee I paid go to?

What about when you bring your kids? Do you notify the host? Are some against it?
im glad i ran into this video because i cleaned a air bnb and i did not clean the inside of the fridge or thow food and check the bathroom cabinets. uuggghhh
It’s like cleaning a hotel suite like a penthouse 🤔
Where did you purchase your apron from?
Amazon actually, here is the link amzn.to/3XVQtMU
How did you get clients with this business?
Facebook groups, Evolve and TurnoverBnB
This is the same as a hotel housekeeper video pretty close. Bc our cleaners don't check or wipe anything.
Haha your kiddo said " phone died" hahaha you said" swear to God" 😩😩😆😆😆😆⚰️⚰️💫 that's a momma for you 😁😂
🤣
Do you charge for a deed clean?
Yea! I’d a guest stays longer than 12 days. I charge an extra $50-$75
How long does it take you to clean a home like this.
and how long does it take to clean a 2 br townhouse
It takes me 1 1/2 hrs - 2 hrs
It’s quite compact
2 bedroom townhome 2 hrs
To be honest having my kids help, helps me out. Now there in school I’m like “nooooo” now I have to run up and down stairs LOL and make beds lol
Do you guys use your own vacuum cleaner or host provides that?
And how much you guys charge?
I wanna start this business so the answers will be appreciated.
Thx for the valuable contant
Hi Harry, yes we use the vacuum on the property.
This one is $70
Keep in mind I didn’t give my own price on this property. I work with the whole Sue has over 60 properties and he had his own price sheet for cleaners and the properties that they would clean
@@thehustlenetwork hanks, the videos was really helpful.
i have questions about how to acquire customers
@@harrydhaliwal2461 You need to post on Facebook Airbnb Groups. ( don’t post on your Facebook!!) you need to find as many Airbnb groups in your area, Airbnb groups who have thousands of people and post in these groups about your service
Turnoverbnb - create a profile and bid on jobs
Evolve - partner with evolve to become a service partner
@@thehustlenetwork thanks, it is really helpful. You are really trying to help here.
I Appreciate your efforts.
Thanks Harry

Is this a deep clean? There’s no way the last 4 Airbnb’s did this. I found loose medication pills under the bed, dust everywhere and the last one had white dirty linen with lipstick and cheetos markings. So where does the $300 cleaning fee I paid go to?
I’m sorry I’m confused on your question
@@thehustlenetwork Is this considered a deep clean or a basic clean for an Airbnb?
Every cleaning should be considered a deep cleaning however if someone stays 12 days or more there are certain things that we do that we wouldn’t normally do on every clean. Washing machine walls, Take everything out of all the cabinets and clean inside the cabinets, moved refrigerator and get behind refrigerator etc.
Grotty job
Nothing worse than when ppl leave dirty dishes in dishwasher without running it & worse when you don’t notice till the end 💔🥲
