So hot in the uk right now. Last time I went out it was about 30oc,and I had a hot flush because I had to rush my lunch. My makeup was a complete puddle! I will try some of this next time.

Hi Angela! Yes - These tips are marvelous! I am absolutely a person who applies makeup at 7:00am, no time for makeup touches during work, and when I get home close to 6:00pm I want to quickly touch up to look nice for Dinner. 😊 I love these suggestions and think they are all very useful. Especially I find touching up my concealer, foundation in the T-Zone, blush, eyeshadow, and lips to make such a difference! Regarding the blotting tissue! I've been using blotting tissue for about 20 years and the very 1st package I bought was French, however, that brand (can no longer remember the name) absorbed oil and left behind powder. Now I use a plain blotter that just absorbs. This video is super useful. Thank you! ❤
Hi Sara :) You have very similar schedule to mine. That sounds exactly like my day :) I use blotting paper from time to time but I never found one that impressed me. The Chanel Les Beiges water fresh base products are truly amazing. I was very reluctant to give them a try due to my mostly oily skin, but you convinced me and I can’t stop using them. My skin has never looked so good throughout the day and the best thing is I don’t even have to touch up! It’s a miracle, I always have to with any other foundation. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and tricks. They do work for me ❤.

I see how tan your face is. Looks healthy I do love your tips. Living in Az it’s hot 108-111 this week. A hydrating mist spray I always keep in refrigerator. Always. Feels so nice. And my lips. I keep facial really light. Bb or Cc. Powder which I don’t , another refresh. ❤

These are all great tips, Angela! I tend to do the blotting paper, hydrating mist, and cushion foundation routine (blush is optional) when I retouch my makeup. Hi Angela, I have very dry skin and I usually just spray my face with Avene and press with tissue. It removes dust and sweat residue from the day time. For most evenings hint on powder and powder Blush will do, but I will certainly try , if water fresh would work as refesher as well.
Refeshing eyes is some times difficult. Lashes are the best part of my eyes and I do not want to mess them up. That is why I tend to just reline and add mascara.
I find that the art of refresing is in not adding too much. Especially dry skin will very easily appear even drier. Sometimes spray of Avene as a last step saves the look🌸
Hi lovely and thank you so much for sharing your tips for dry skin. This was really useful. I've never had dry skin but I can imagine reapplying make can make it feel dryer. If you have the water fresh tint, you try to use it because it's water based and I think it shouldn't make the skin drier. Have a wonderful day! xoxo

I appreciate this video, Angela. I have dry skin so reapplying makeup can be difficult because it doesn’t go on smoothly. You’ve given me great ideas that I plan to try. I also have the le beiges. Do you know how the Gucci luminizer compares to the Lisa Eldridge? For lashes, do you ever use the new Mac refresh mascara product?
