I gave up on Pilates for a few years, because I left my gym, and could not find a decent instructor. I took up UA-cam yoga, but my lower arthritic back has worsened. Having found you as an instructor, in just a week I have swapped yoga for your Pilates and I have already noticed an improvement in my spine flexibility. I thank you 🙏

I LOVE this routine after a run. Thank you so much. Seriously, it's so good!! I'm not sure if you've had any requests for a pre-run routine, but I would love this.... a short 5-10 minute routine to do before a run, to get me warmed up and switched on before I go running.

This is a great routine, thank you Lottie for the excellent content you're delivering. I'm surprised how effectively I can keep up my pilates at home whilst not attending my usual class! Will keep this up post lockdown, it's proving so beneficial for body and mind.

love your calming instructions! But any tips on how to bring yourself back up from a lying position to back on to your hips without using your hands? I can't slowly bring myself down either without being 'thrown' down on to the ground, if you know what I mean. But I love all your videos regardless! Your stretch workouts made my back feel so much better!

I do this post workout every time I run! Could you make a pre run workout? Right now I do your pilates for runners as my pre workout but would love to know what you would suggest. Thank you for the wonderful workouts as always! ❤❤❤

this was such a fun balance between stretching and conditioning. but i was SO SWEATY after my run i was sliding all over the mat! lol i'm hoping following this will make me stronger for my runs. :)
