A lot has happened since Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs settled with his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. Diddy has been sued by 4 people, and 2 homes have been raided by federal agents. I wouldn't be surprised if all or some of his accusers have been cooperating with the feds to build a case against Diddy. I go over the second amended complaint filed by Lil Rod and how his initial filing could have led to the federal investigation. There are statements made by Diddy's lawyers and Homeland Security. I suspect this raid was done to preserve digital evidence of illegal activities in the homes. Though Diddy hasn't been arrested, that doesn't mean he won't be in the future. Brendan Paul was arrested during the raid and is suspected of being Diddy's drug mule. There is a high possibility that Diddy could be charged with Federal RICO charges. They can go as far back as charging him for the nightclub shooting that happened back in 1999 when Diddy was dating Jennifer Lopez. There have been rumors that Keefe D could also cooperate in this investigation. Suge Knight recently sent Diddy a message about the raids and possible future imprisonment. This is wild!

Side note: I’ve been wanting a psychologist to do a break down on his psychological profile. There has to be a deeper reason he’s given himself so many names; Puff, Puffy, Puff Daddy, P. Diddy, Diddy, Love, Brother Love….. I’ve *never* seen a celebrity go through so many aliases and the fact that the one name he said he doesn’t want to be called is his actual name, Sean, is really strange.

So, for any other Law Nerds like me who were curious about how the hell Suge can have a podcast in prison, I work ar RJD and spoke to the AW today. Suge makes the calls as attorney calls. So, somehow, his legal team is involved in this - which means it's a private call, and there's no policy against recording the conversation. They've tried to shut it down, but basically, Suge's legal team found the most narrow loophole in the system, and they're exploiting the hell out of it 😂 Talk about a creative legal team

I went DOWN the rabbit hole. I wanted the full history, starting with Kim Porter. Found out how MANY deaths are connected to Diddy's history. Possible SA with Usher and Justin Bieber. I didn't realize how deep Tupac and Biggie connected to Diddy. Diddy is Cosby/Murdaugh on steroids. IMO

I know some folks might find the TW in a lawsuit superfluous, but I honestly love the idea that we are acknowledging how hard certain topics can be for professionals who spend their lives trying to help victims. It's really made me stop and wonder "why AREN'T we taking steps to protect the people in this industry when we know how much these topics can weigh on someone over years?" If the only answer is "because that's how it has always been" that's not a good enough reason for me anymore.
Hard agree. It also works to emphasize that TW are not just trivial words that should be casually used. It actually means something, and even professionals can be harmed by the content they may have to see all the time that may not be suitable for everyone.
P Diddy is going to have the wrath of survivors coming at him, I'm sure of it. So many people are coming forward now with statements and evidence. I've always heard rumors about P.Diddy, but people were too scared to come forward. People in the industry take advantage of power and control, and it's just sickening!
And another thing is that rumors are not the same as facts. People always seem to forget that and the MeToo folks made it worse. I feel like treating rumors/allegations as if they’re convictions/facts is extremely dangerous and it shuts down critical thinking and looking at evidence.
I’m not a Diddy fan and it seems pretty obvious with the feds raiding his houses that he definitely did something illegal. But I am a major proponent of looking at evidence and facts. (Obviously him being too chummy with a teenage Justin Bieber and Usher is not helpful….)

This is probably not popular opinion but I have always thought the Diddy had something to do with Biggie's death. And now we know most likely Pac.
Daddy and Biggie were best friends. I don't believe he had anything to do with his death. Biggie was killed after 2Pac. I still think it was the "eye for an eye" in the "gangsta" world. To see a young Bieber with Diddy is like seeing a young McCauley with Michael Jackson. 🤷♀️

Doubt it, not with his hubris but regardless as we know from the lawsuit there’s hundreds of hours of footage outside of Diddys control. Also there’s the issue of his secret recordings he made for blackmail purposes, allegedly. I doubt he’d just delete all of that but really his own footage is the least of his concerns
I remember in cassie documents she said he would send the videos to her to taunt her so potentially she may have some copies of some things
