- Using up some of the green tomatoes. Ball says this makes a excellent salsa style sauce for grilled chicken if drained and placed in a blender. I thought we would give it a try.

Love your garden! 😮❤️
Look delicious. Thank you for upload.
Oh my goodness, my mom used to ripen tomatoes in a paper sack. I had totally forgotten. Thank you for stirring that memory. Your peppers are just beautiful! Thanks for sharing. Be well. 😊
That cantaloupe is so beautiful I do believe I could almost smell it. The tomato/pepper recipe looks good.
Hello Sir. I loved the recipe. I have all the ingredients and now... hands on! Thank you!!!
Looks really yummy this was a great video thanks for sharing
It’s all about using what you have and I believe you did a good job of it.
Just saw a few of you're canning video's, thanks for all the goodness.
Great tutorial, made my mouth water. I always save seeds from my harvest year after year and plant them the next season.
they do turn nicely in paper bags i usually sit the big paper bags half full under my table to ripen it works wonderfully used to do it with my grandparents garden as well
This year I’m doing just like yours I’ve been giving PICKLED GREEN TOMATOES THE TASTE TEST FOR YEARS ? AT LEAST 50. I couldn’t look for more. Home canned Etc. 68 yrs
One trick with peppers is to cut through the top right where the stem meets the pepper. If you get your positioning right, it will come apart in 3 portions. One ring (around the stem), the stem and core with the seeds intact, very little mess, and the pepper itself. It's very neat. :)
This looks awesome
Great video, thanks for sharing.

Very nice I grow a big garden I have 27 tomato plants & 20 peppers I just canned some spaghetti sauce but I'm going to try your recipe here. I bet that would go great on a sandwich. Thank you for the video
