In this video i setup a planted aquarium setup in 14 gallons tank
15 inch cube aquarium is perfect for aquascaping a small planted planted aquarium for neon tetras which is small in size they are good tankmets for guppies and corydoras
Corydoras most of the spend on the bottom of aquarium keep seaching for any leftover food and eat all the fish food which is not consumed by the fish
Corydoras are very nice looking cleaning fish , they love to live in a group
I used a 15 inch cube aquarium which have water capacity of 55 litres
used aquarium soil and then covered it with the top layer of white sand gravel substrate i used 5 different plants which do well in low tech aquarium
Low tech aquarium plants
1. Vallisneria nana
2. Saggiaria subulata
3.
4. Anubias nana gold
5. Anubuas naba var petite
The plants which i used in my aquarium can be gorwn in sand substrate but they root feeders so put a root tablet for better growth
Anubias are rhizome plants can stick to driftwood,rock etc,
Sagittaria subulata grow very fast good condition also use a background plant,but in good lighting they remain in the bottom and grow horizontally and give a nice carpeting effect in your aquarium

In this aquarium setup I used biological media from my established aquarium
So that the process of cycling of aquarium is very fast( otherwise have to wait for beneficial bacteria to colonize)
But when I setup my aquarium with no matured biological media, I have to wait for the beneficial bacteria to grow in my aquarium before adding fish
Why guppies stay at the top of the tank, I also have guppies and neon tetras together in the same tank and they are showing the same behavior.

Bro these plants i have seen could be grown without soil. Is this true?? Can i tie them to rocks and add in aquarium?
