- There's a new Law in Missouri that's causing havoc, House Bill 85. This law is designed to further protect firearm owners in Missouri. Law enforcement is grappling with this new Law because it hinders their ability to continue harassing black men that's legal to carry without facing a penalty. 50k per violation has their britches in a bunch.
Local Media has done reports from a Law enforcement perspective and haven't taken it to the streets. Well StreetTalk did just that, hit the streets and spoke with the citizens directly involved to get the perspective of the people.

The police THUG (one who acts OUTSIDE the SCOPE of his Office) has NO IMMUNITY, He is acting in his PRIVATE CAPACITY. and NOT as a. OFFICER. The 50K comes out of his pocket. And the VICTIMS must sue for DAMAGES for having their RIGHTS VIOLATED under COLOR of Law. Color=No Law. Just CLAIMED to be Law that does NOT EXIST.
@Superman Kent The 50k is paid by the municipality that the violation occurred in. The small departments are afraid because bad cops will bankrupt that city
