And I'm with you on that vacuum sealer I got me one for around 30 bucks the bags are a little more expensive than the Ziploc bags but I don't have to deal with the water and the last a whole lot longer in that deep freezer with no Frost in any way shape or form the meat last a whole lot longer.
I love that you use light tackle for bottom fishing, too many sharks where I am, too many AJs, big cobia and some big gag grouper, I normally use a 20 size lever drag (or 30 fathom) with some 40-50 lb, could handle a medium size shark, but we've ripped some bags off the bottom with the fathoms

you should take a trip over here to australia and fish the barrier reef for giant trevally and coral trout and emperor, it would be a hell of a video series

Vacume sealer is a game changer for keeping fish fresh.
We call them flannelmouths on the west coast of Florida and the red grouper just gobble them up another great trip cap enjoy the fruits of your labor!

How do you tell the difference in a Mangrove and a Red Snapper? The Mangroves look like small Red Snapper to me.

In my previous comment I said Mangrove snapper but it was Bee liner I was wondering about.
You can actually lip a beeliner and not bleed, but try to lip a red snapper and you might have some major bleeding.
