Currently doing a Door Supervisor course with another company through the Job Centre and it has been a complete shambles. Thankfully I will still be able to pass the course, but we didn't have books, the day is supposed to start at 9 but sometimes we're in there at 9:10, another time we were outside for an hour before they were finally ready. The modules have been back to front and worst of all the man running the course has been nothing but confrontational and frankly just a dick. Our instructor (not the guy running it) is good as gold and is a top man, he's just as unimpressed with how the course has turned out. The videos on your channel have helped me quite a but so I thank you for that.
This is such a great resource of knowledge that you are providing and you give it away for free. I love seeing blog that understand the value. Im glad to have found this post as its such an interesting for me so i suppose im lucky to have found this! I hope you will keep it
I'm really excited with the door supervisor and cctv operative training this coming 1st of March for 7 days course..I will highly recommend get licensed they are really reliable, very accommodating and safe booking with your money. Since I had background In law enforcement backhome in Philippines I want to gain more knowledge in security industries here in UK..
I start the course at 3. February in get-licensed. I hope my english knowledge should be enough to pass the test :) can you explain, how the test will look like? Writing test and talking with a trainer face to face? And theese things score me? :))
Roland Török Thanks for booking your course with Get Licensed. The exams are multiple choice questions - you get three options for each question. If you are doing a Door Supervisor course you will also be assessed on Physical Intervention element of the training. Don’t worry, enjoy the course, it’s loaded with fun content. 😎

Anyone who can pay the fee for the SIA License and passes the course can apply for the license. Costs and duration of course may vary depending on the type of license you which to obtain e.g CCTV Operator or Security Officer, the longest course being a Door Supervisor.
@@getlicensed As an EU or Swiss pass holder is it possible to apply for that course? Is there any other document, like work documents (is there a need for that for such pass holders?), that a person would need to be able to take the course?
@@ringoffire1282 Hi there, an original passport of any nationality is required. You can see all the requirements in our FAQs: www.get-licensed.co.uk/faq
