Security is an important job it’s just a shame it’s such a low paid job and with the license running out every 3 years it’s not worth people’s while, only when there’s a big shortage of security will wages start to go up in that sector
If you ran a club door like that there would be a queue around the block. Search policies are important but it should take no more than a minute and if they refuse then no entry. End of story.
Low paid because these sham trainers give them the answer's Sia should regulate them with a trainers license, and the company should have a security license to operate that will stop the nonsense going on
