No you would need to live and have the right to work in the UK

You can't obtain a SIA CCTV licence outside of the UK, simply because the SIA is specific to the UK and the Private Security Industry Act 2001. Also you need more than just the right to work within the UK to enter or start a career in the Security Industry. The Security Industry is very tightly regulated after recent years and events that have happened
