The night time, for me is the most productive time where I can collect my thoughts, reflect and relax. I wanted to show you guys my night time routine and how I wind down, just giving you a glimpse into my life that may or may not be beneficial to someone out there! I think night time is one of the most important times of the day to reflect, analyze and reboot for the day coming up. Sometimes even the week or months ahead depending on how you like to work! I hope this was some help, and have a great holiday season!

Even if the video is not very long, I stopped when you say you have a drink at night. I understand that it's YOUR night routine but I don't see how it's good to show it knowing that alcohol causes enormous damage to sleep. Too bad I expected a more polished video, not just product placement.
Still, your video about taking more and more care of your health was cool.
To be fair...he didnt implement anything to do with a sleeping aspect of night time routine.
This is more so how he "Relaxes" as title says and winds down for the evenings. Tons of people have either a glass of wine, martini, or any sort of cocktail as part of their day ending/unwinding aspect of their lives

Alcohol causes damage to sleep? I can't remember getting a better night's sleep when I didn't have a few drinks. Wait, there's was one time I didn't drink and had a great night's rest...no wait, I was drinking.
Eh, this ain't what I signed up for. I sub'd for the fashion/style/etc. I get you want to be an influencer, but that's a tall order with what you've got to work with. Looking forward to the next channel update when you can explain all this superficial ad stuff.

I understand man, and I still am 95% going to be fashion and style based. However sometimes I do want to work on more creative things that also allow me to fund more fashion and style content.
