Don't agree completely that one. She's been clear the whole time with him. She thinks he's pretty sweet, but she's only down for some summer fun. Over all most of the things they say and do is teen bullshit, which is what makes the game. But she's not responsible for his disappointment when he wants more and she doesn't.

My prediction so far is that the hunters act as similar characters to the flamethrower guy from until dawn, they’re meant to seem ominous at first but end up helping you, providing you with useful info about the monster, perhaps dying when you need them most I could be wrong, having not seen a play through of this game yet but this is just my initial guess lol I also think the hermit represents Laura, seeing as she was stuck in that room after being captured and was isolated but had time to reflect and adapt.
Its actually annoying when they make the characters in the game be so stupid just to get the storyline going :/ takes me out of it with some decisions. Having so much fun watching Clare playing tho

Jacob is one of the best imo, It's annoying when people judge Jacob so much for that, the poor guy is naive and is def getting hella gaslit and manipulated by Emma, and by the end of the game if Emma is in the lodge by the end and Jacob is out and alive, he cries to himself about how this is all his fault and he just wanted one night for everyone to get closer, so even then it wasn't entirely about him and Emma it was something he somewhat did for everyone, he never could have known this and he 10000% has absolute trauma by the end out of everyone I'd bet.
I loved camp but it is weird that you just send your kids into the woods with grown strangers and they aren't allowed to have their phones to easily contact anyone. I always hated that. Don't remove my safety net like that and not get me a choice because we were kids.

Okay no one’s gonna see this but I gotta scream into the void my defence of Emma; she clearly did not want any feelings attached to her summer fling with Jacob and very evidently made that clear to him. When i played this game i absolutely hated nick i did not like his character at all i did everything in my power to keep him and abi from kissing🤣
Okay no one’s gonna see this but I gotta scream into the void my defence of Emma; she clearly did not want any feelings attached to her summer fling with Jacob and very evidently made that clear to him. While that doesn’t invalidate Jacob’s feelings after he got attached, it isn’t her fault she stuck to what she said she would. She was completely honest and there’s nothing wrong with a woman exploring her sexuality with no feelings with a partner who supposedly understands that. She is definitely mean (especially to Abi) but I would argue it doesn’t come from a negative place, with her kissing Nick I personally think it was because she didn’t want to kiss Jacob and give him any semblance of false help, and bc in her own (very stupid) way she thought she may be helping Abi kick Nick into gear. Or alternatively she kissed Nick to put Abi off from him bc she secretly loves Abi, if you want my little shipper brain opinion hehe
